I agree, Littlepixie. But, at the same time, think that "knowing" what happened might slightly be better than "thinking" what might have happened. The mind is a labyrinth full of wondering imagination, which is difficult to control as long as there's no evidence of reality - the truth ...

And for the first time yesterday they said what we have all been thinking or saying in private.
He was a skilled slaughterman, very good at skinning and boning.
Bones have been found on the wood burner
He was seen taking black bags to two places.
Fairly obvious I think.

'I drank up to 20 pints and bottle of vodka a day': Police interview played to jury in which April Jones murder suspect explains why he doesn't know where her body is

  • Mark Bridger, 47, 'drank 15 pints and a half a bottle of vodka every day'
  • Claims he was drunk at the wheel of Land Rover when he ran over April
  • Bridger denies abducting & murdering girl in 'sexually motivated' attack

The man accused of murdering April Jones today claimed he could not remember what he did with the five-year-old’s body because he is a ‘registered alcoholic’.

Mark Bridger, 47, told police he drank up to 20 pints and half a bottle of vodka every day - and claims he was drunk at the wheel of his Land Rover when he ran over April while she played on her bike.

Bridger sobbed in the dock at Mold Crown Court as his interview with police was played to the jury

Another harrowing and heart wrenching day for the family

How he can claim that he knocked April over when witnesses saw her getting willingly into his van I don't know.

I cant understand either,I must admit when they first arrested him, I was worried they had the wrong man because they arrested him the next day ? Listening to his trial now and he did admit to being with her and killing her accidentally and all the horrible things this guy got up to etc. I am shocked at his behavior and how he hid it and I am sure someone knew he was a ticking time bomb ?

What else can he say ?
He would know that there was blood in the car, and had to think of some story about sea bass, rotting meat, nappies, an accident to account for it.

IMO he's using drink has an excuse, he took April for his own self gratification, he couldn't take her home or leave her somewhere, has she could identify him.

Of course he is.
He is trapped, and people who are trapped can either give up, or fight.
There is a standard set of excuses used by suspects

"It was planted"
"I can't remember"
"I must have been drunk /drugged"
"It was an accident"
"It was someone else but I cant give you a description"
"Someone stole my car and drove it through the speed trap"
"It must have been my wife"
(New one !)
"The dogs / detectives / forensic scientists / doctors / pathologist / laboratory staff . . . must be wrong"
"I was somewhere else"
"Someone must have broken in and done it"

They normally start with just one, but as they get more desperate keep adding them on. It is often very amusing to interview a suspect.
They all, always, believe they are intellectually superior, and no decent cop ever lets them stop thinking that.
It is fascinating how stupid people lack insight into their own condition.

And if we look at that list, we find in another unrelated case that several have been used simultaneously.

The judge is summing up before sending the jury out. I don't think it will take long for a verdict to be reached.

I thought i'd heard on the news early last week that no forensic's had been done in in the area that April was picked up, I thought i'll listen for that again, but not a mention anywhere.

Anybody else hear or read about it?

Reports suggest a verdict is imminent. I wonder what hasn't been previously reported which will be revealed following the verdict. Will it turn out he also had images of Maddie on his computer as well as the victims of the Soham murders?

Interesting that the DM is putting two and two together, abattoir worker, bones found in the stove, seen carrying black bags away . . .
As we predicted a long time ago.
Strange how the obvious eventually starts to get through.

What we have learnt from the April Jones case (well, I already knew this and I suspect a few others too) is that a child's body can be disposed pretty quickly even when the world is watching. Within 24 hours of April going missing, Mark Bridger was arrested and there was an extensive search for her yet in the time before his arrest, he had murdered April and disposed off her body. And he was working alone. No saying, just saying.

This case surely break all records of a fed-ex disposal and a fed-ex arrest.

Whole of life tariff. Will never be released.

And now they are more openly saying he dismembered her, burned the bones and dumped the flesh, as we had worked out a long time ago.
Foxes and crows would to the rest. There is nothing more to be found.
The remaining fragments of bone are being held so that the family can at least have something to bury .

A long time ago there was a full funeral for an IRA bomber who blew himself up whilst preparing one.
Full coffin, pall bearers, black masks, and gun shot salute. The lot.
In the coffin, - there was a thumb !

Jim Gamble again

Post by Newintown on 30.05.13 18:21

It's just been announced on Sky News that Jim Gamble of CEOP is going to give an interview at 6.30 p.m. regarding April Jones.

I can't wait.....(not)!

He's as bad as the McCanns, never misses an opportunity, on the back of some very sad, real case. Where's he been for the past 6 months, I can't recall him saying anything before on this case.

We had worked out the other case that is also SO obvious yet the pair still have staying power with the Press that they can even wheeled out a granny for purpose and the Press will kowtow to them.

I just caught the end of Jim Gamble on Sky News; no doubt he'll be on again and again. There are special programmes on both Sky and the BBC at 8.30.

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
