7:00am Wednesday 10th April 2013 in News

FIVE people arrested in connection with the death of Lee Balkwell have been rebailed until next month. The suspects in the case of Mr Balkwell, found dead beneath the drum of a cement mixer in July 2002, were due to answer bail this month. However, it has been moved following the exhumation of Mr Balkwell’s body two weeks ago.Police confirmed the results of the new two-hour post mortem carried out on his remains will be made public next month.Mr Balkwell was found at 1am on July 18, 2002, at Baldwin’s Farm, Dennises Lane, South Ockendon. Those on bail are his former employer, Simon Bromley, 43, who was arrested last November.Others rebailed were Mr Bromley’s father, David Bromley, 66, his mother Linda, 63, a woman, 49, from South Ockendon, and a man, 38, from Southend. The Bromleys have always maintained the death was an accident.

So this sounds that there is a case to answer. I hope that Mr Balkwell is finally able to get some sort of justice and closure.

It was obvious from the photos of the deceased on Tony's video that there was a cover up. A glance alone disproves the notion of a crushing, how the coroner got away with it I don't know. Heads should roll over this blatant lie.

Rainbow-Fairy, this topic will be of interest to you - hopefully to others too!

There's also this YouTube video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0b7bpOQIXM - but you'll have to leave the wilds of the country to be able to watch it!
