Did the cover up need to go this far? FFS has bveen closed!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11989225

Another coincidence? From the companies home page......

The Forensic Science Service (FSS) is the market leader in the supply of forensic services to police forces in England and Wales and has a global reputation for excellence in the development and deployment of new and advanced techniques. Its heritage and expertise also provide the basis for world-class training services.

The Forensic Science Service pioneered the development and implementation of DNA technologies. It also paved the way for the establishment of the world’s first DNA database, launched in April 1995.

Since 2005 FSS has been a 100% Government-owned company, or GovCo. The change in status from a Trading Fund enables it to respond quicker to changes in the forensic science market and compete more effectively with other business in the field.

The drive for innovation continued to yield ground-breaking results, with the introduction of the National Firearms Forensic Database in 2003 and Footwear Intelligence Technology (FIT), the UK’s first online footwear coding and detection management system, in 2007.

The FSS mission is:

To retain and reinforce our leading position as the principal provider of forensic science to the UK criminal justice system (UKCJS), and use this platform to become the leading provider worldwide, thereby enhancing long term shareholder value.

The FSS vision will challenge the way forensic services are delivered and who delivers them, and is: Real-time scientific solutions, supporting safer communities.

The FSS values are objectivity, responsiveness, reliability, innovation and collaboration.

So despite being world reknowned for it's work right up until the McCanns came on the scene, all of a sudden the FFS is tossed in the bin, not too long after finding 100% matches that discredits the McCanns lies. Another two hundred jobs lost which added the PdL job losses at Warners and local livlihoods lost their too is starting to add up. But as long as Kate & Gerry are okay and the people they are covering are okay things are tickety boo.

Just how powerful are this Team McCann? Or just another coincidence?

Posting here, please move if there is somewhere more appropriate. DNA simplified.

@Chicane68 @Trolls_Nemesis #mccann You clearly do not understand. It matters not whether there were 3 or 5 donors 15/19 alleles of 37 were definitely Madeleines. I could spend all day trying to explain it to you but have a feeling you still would not get it but as I have little time this evening so cannot linger, here is an easy to understand layman's explanation written by someone who also knows what he/she is talking about. Now concentrate or you will have no chance of taking it in ok :)

The DNA is all made having at the base a combination of 4 proteins( same to all human). They are the structures of the genes and the way this genes combine, is what made us all unique. But of- course, on that combination, we could share some parts with somebody and since we got half of our DNA from each of our parents, we share more with our direct relatives then with rest of the population. But even by sharing that, we have parts of our DNA that were only ours and not shared with anybody else. When we look to the DNA of somebody, we look to the chain and specially to that unique combination.

The best image to show that, is a bucket full of beads with different collors and the DNA being a collar made with a combination of that beads sorted out by a machine like the one that drops the balls in the Euromillions. After all, our DNA is the amazing result of a lottery that happen in the genes(the beads) of our chromosomes.

From the FSS reports, they said that a sample was recovered from the boot of the scenic. They don't say if was blood or body fluids, but for the case, this is not important, because anyone has DNA. What is important is a small detail on that report that changes everything. The Scientist said, that even having 3 persons as a source, the sample shows 15 alleles matching perfectly a sequence of 19 that belong only to Madeleine. I'm assuming for obvious reasons that 2 of the persons who contributed to the samples, were Madeleine parents, but they had not such sequence of the 19 alleles because the report says that was 'unique' to Madeleine. Finding 15 alleles in a sample that match perfectly a sequence of 19 that belong only to a particular person, is a lot, is almost the full sequence and clear open a wide road for the police to investigate the crime in a certain direction. Means, Madeleine had been in the Scenic and for obvious reasons, you don't take alive children inside a boot.
Back, to the Euromillions machine and the collored beads. The genetical lottery of Madeleine delivered to her a collar that have a combination of 19 collored beads that only belong to her. Think on everytime you watch the euromillions and think in 19 balls inside, coming out.

-How many combinations you can get?

-What is the probability to have a repeated combination ( the 19 that belong to Madeleine)? Infinitesimal.

-From that repeated combination what was the probability to have it in two persons that shared the same location( The boot of the Scenic)? Almost ZERO.
Since ghosts have no DNA and the Euromillions is not easy, we can draw our own conclusions fronm that small detail.

They can jump to the moon, hire Carter-rucks, be friends with Rebecca Brooks, have little or big Pierrots, fool Cameron and Brown, intimidate all of us, they were trapped by the boot of the Scenic and this 15/19 alleles.

In the Leveson inquiry there were no body fluids in the car. Implying no DNA. According to Gerry.
In the Swedish interview Gerry said that of course Madeleine's DNA was in the car because theirs was there - implying that DNA consists of a bunch of smarties. Us non doctors can work it out Gerry, that's not how DNA works. See the explanation above.
Isn't it funny how all the evidence that you really, really hate is of British origin? Dogs, DNA, FSS and in fact the British police considered them as suspects long before September 07. It's in the files.

So why is that evidence not enough in a courtcase?

I think it needs to be corroborated by other evidence, not enough in itself .

It wasn't enough for Portugal, where the court only allows a 100% match, it would have been more than enough to convict in a UK court. So the Portuguese needed corroborating evidence. The reconstruction might have done that?

What other evidence? Can you only go in court if you have a body? What about the dogs? I dont get it. If dna shows that the chance of dna beeing someones else is like almost zero, combined with the dogs and no signs of abduction.,..what you need more to convict?

The PJ would know that - doubtless it's in the files somewhere. My feeling is that they thought the evidence and witnesses were not enough to convict, a confession of a scaled-down crime is what they were going for. In other words, they would go for what the courts would accept.

In the UK there was a recent case of a man convicted by the evidence of the cadaver dogs for murder without having found a body.

Since Portugal seems to have more stringent rules on acceptable evidence than the UK - the available evidence wouldn't be enough to bring a murder charge there.

Brunt DNA 10 September 2007 Empty So basically

Post by aniandr 11.08.12 11:51

When the wont open the case until new evidence...they need one missing piece of evidence. Like a witness, a body ore an evidence showing 100% dna. I eonder if they still have the dna, the clothes etc. Maybe its time to send it to a lab again. A lot happends in 5 years.

What is then Kate McCanns lawyer referring to when saying 'If you were Portuguese, this would be enough to put you in prison'? I thought it was the amount of actual evidence holding in court in Portugal but due to the McCanns being British they "got off the hook" as a British court would ask for more evidence than there was. Or is it the other way around? This is maybe a stupid question, but I don´t fully understand the importance/role of people´s nationality in policeinvestigations.

Enough to put them in prison on the lesser charge of hiding a body or not reporting an accident. Two years apparently. There was enough evidence for that - it's also enough for a charge of leaving a minor in a vulnerable and dangerous situation.

(Sorry, just saw you asked about a golf bag - it was a tennis bag which was missing, I mentioned a golf bag in passing, there is no evidence there was one present. I just remarked on the fact that with four golf courses nearby an Gerry having made golfing trips to Portugal, there is a dead silence about golf.)

Thank You. Makes me wonder in what direction all of this would have gone if that had happened (two years in prison I mean)...

(When it comes to laws and regulations, there seem to be big differences within the European countries).
