Have a look at the Lisbon Court vid thread - obvious, looking at Gerry and Kate's discomfort when asked challenging questions by reporters outside the court, why they do not want to return .

They attended every day of the hearing - many people said they would not go back to Portugal, and they would not attend. No more witnesses are to be heard - it is just the decision based on Amarals appeal hearing.

As it was Amarals appeal I would assume he would want to be there (whether he has a daughter missing or not).

This case isnt about Madeleine per se though is it? Its about Amaral.

aliberte, not sure which video you are referring to but I recall seeing footage of Gerry giving a press conference outside the courtroom, which was broadcast on Sky News - he certainly came over as angry.

How is the decision going to be issued?

Will it be read out in court?

Will a written decision be handed to lawyers in court?

Will clerks from the lawyers just turn up to receive a written decision?

Will an oral decision be given followed by a written decision with full reasoning at a later date?

Will it just posted out to the parties/lawyers?

Email to the parties/lawyers?

A judges twitter to the world?

Skype conference call?

Pinned to a notice board outside of the courtroom?

astro told lot of people a long time ago that the book was not still banned because the Mccanns had not proceeded with the main injunction.

A number (2) of posters questioned astro - and were quashed by a number (17) of posters that believed astro.

It is very strange how and why astro mislead people at the time.
