If Judge Tugendhat is a wise and fair judge, he will throw this ridiculous application by the McCanns against Mr Bennett out immediately! The McCanns have wasted enough taxpayers money and enormous donations to "the Fund" on suppressing opinions, when it is their reprehensible actions on that fateful holiday that caused the catastrophe that befell their child. This recent stunt of theirs is yet another blatant example of their bullying narcissism. The McCanns should know by now that it's way too late in the day to prevent the truth emerging or re-write history, since their endlessly bizarre antics and tacky interviews are all over the Internet, as are the police files and blood and cadaver dogs findings, which cast grave doubts on their version of events.

Hope this Judge will turn out as wise as the 3 wise judges.
I hope he will overturn mccanns' impositions on Tony, and rescind the undertakings in entirety as that was a breach against TB's human right.

If Spudgun is talking of a "Fair and judicial trial", it can only mean one thing.
All the evidence for both sides, will have to be presented once again and a final decision will be made then. That's good progress by the sounds of things. Wipe the slate clean and start again.

Hope Tony is as satisfied with today as much as it i possible to be. And I hope the Judge has requested that alleged libel has to be proved by the McCanns, or at least that they have to be present at further hearing and not just merely represented by CR. Can hardly bear the wait....
