No CT goes by her married name. The police wanted the names of Mrs Fenn's children and grandchildren. One of the sons was an officer in Sandhurst. CT worked in Windsor Castle for the Royal Collection and was used to meeting the Royals.
A shame she has such strange memories of that week. Why would she be so confused?

A shame she has such strange memories of that week. Why would she be so confused?

Let's face it, anyone who works for the royals (and trust me, they pay a pittance, barely minimum wage, some recent scandals where they laid off old dames that had worked for nothing for them for all their lives, no proper payoffs etc etc etc, it is quite disgusting, and now they want us to buy them a new 60m yacht, what a lafff) is brainwashed and a a fan of royalty.

Thus they will (mostly all) go along with any cover-up. It is quite simple.

Working at Windsor Castle will give you early onset alzheimers, trust me!

One thing you need to question....why would people like smehurst/kennedy get so involved to the extent they have. These snakes only think of one thing...themselves...making money...so what motivates them in a story that is world wide & one of the biggest stories of the of the 21st century which has grave danger of exposing them, yet they still get involved to such a deep level. And in any scandal like this, the truth is always hidden and stories made up to deflect away from it, they are not going to point you in the right direction....confusion is good as it deflects you away. Look at the owners of Ocean Club, look at Mark Warners....read their history, read their contracts...read the only thing that could save them all....an abduction!

I just updated my last post, my blood is boiling!

Yes JD, very strange, sat out on the balcony at a crucial time and they
didn't see anyrhing or hear anything. In fact they claim they didn't
know anything until they were woken up by one of the females from the
'tapas group'.

I also find it very strange that this couple
weren't interviewed by the police. I can't find any witness statements
if they did. And they just happen to live (Business people) in Cheshire -

There

was called 'The Moyles' which had all the info I found and their press

More confusion, the spelling is MOYES isn't it? O
checked the supplied link on a previous page, couldn't find the info for
some reason.

This is interesting ancient history reading!!!

Police profile abduction suspect as hunt for
missing toddler widens

She should have returned home safely this weekend. Instead, on
the boulevards and whitewashed apartments of the Algarve
yesterday, pictures of Madeleine McCann's three-year-old face
were fluttering in the warm coastal breeze.

[this guy wants to be Ernest Hemingway]

Along with her parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, who are both
doctors, and her close-knit extended family, it seemed that
everyone in the resort of Praia da Luz was keeping a vigil for
her safe return. They were praying that she would be home to
blow out the candles on her birthday cake next Saturday.

'Everyone knows what it's like when a child goes missing for a
short while and you worry like mad,' said Brian Kennedy, Kate McCann's uncle.
'As the days go by it gets harder because you
start by hoping for the best and then begin to start fearing the
worst.

'Friends are planning a party for her birthday on Saturday and
baking her a cake on the Dr Who theme because it's one of her
favourite programmes. I've told them to continue with those
plans. We've got to remain optimistic.'

Guilhermino Encarnacao,

Guilhermino Encarnacao, head of the judicial police in Faro,
said that Madeleine had been abducted from the Ocean Club
complex on Thursday evening. She is believed to have been taken
as she slept alongside twins Sean and Amelie, her two-year-old
brother and sister, in their apartment in the Mark Warner
complex. Her parents had been dining [15 bottles of wine + aperitifs, I call that getting plastered] with friends at a tapas bar
nearby, checking on the children every half hour. []

An image of a suspect was being drawn up by police. Encarnacao
believed the three-year-old was still alive. Searches were going
on including at two campsites a few miles away.

In a televised statement broadcast across Portugal
yesterday, Gerry McCann, a hospital cardiologist from
Leicestershire, appealed for the safe return of his daughter.

'Words cannot describe the anguish and despair that we are
feeling,' he said. 'Please, if you have Madeleine, let her come
home to her mummy, daddy, brother and sister.'

McCann and his wife, both 39, yesterday walked hand in hand
through the apartment complex. They had lunch with the twins at
the same tapas bar as the evening before. McCann [???????] returned alone
to the apartment, emerging with a suitcase and a bucket and
spade for the twins.

[has this bloke ever passed gcse english?]

A friend at the resort, who did not wish to be named, said: 'It's
a nightmare. Every time the parents see Madeleine's face on
television they fall apart. We all do. We haven't slept for 24
hours. Please God they find her. The longer it goes on, the
worse it is. All we can do is pray.'

[why
not try having a SEARCH, like all the locals did from midnight on the
3rd onwards - as far as I know, not one single member of the T9 cabal
could be arsed to search...]

Police were conducting checks at airports and more than 150
officers were searching the area. Hundreds of tourists, British
ex-pats and local Portuguese were also helping with the search.

[but, interestingly, none of the cabal that caused the child to go 'missing' in the first place!]

Madeleine's relatives and crime experts now suspect that she was
targeted by someone who had been watching the family during
their holiday.

[stroll on...]

Roy Ramm, a former Scotland Yard commander, said:
'This is somebody who has planned this abduction quite
carefully. He has probably looked and observed this child during
the day.'

[and the evidence PC Ramm, is???]

McCann, a consultant at Leicester's
Glenfield hospital, and his wife, a part-time GP, were on a
week-long holiday with three other couples and five other
children when Madeleine was abducted

[disappeared]

shortly before 10pm on
Thursday.

The children could have been left in a free cr'he in the
complex. A babysitting service was also available for between
'12 ('8) and '15 an hour.

[which were NOT used]

But the McCanns were eating only about 150ft from their
apartment. It is thought they felt they were close enough to
watch over their children.

[yes, the two doctors have X-ray vision and Superman hearing]

Hotel sources said the apartment's french doors ' which faced
the restaurant where the McCanns were eating ' were unlocked

[left
unlocked, therefore any of the 3 children could have stumbled out and
fallen off the balcony, down the stair, in the pool, choked on vomit,
100001 other things could have happened, but it doesn't really matter,
because 15 bottles of wine were drunk, who cares]

by
the couple. Their line of view was, however, obscured by
bougainvillea and palm trees.

[and a ruddy great sheet of opaque plastic sheeting, to keep the heat in]

At 9.30pm Gerry McCann checked his children and they were sound
asleep, with Madeleine lying with her comfort blanket. Thirty
minutes later his wife returned and found Madeleine gone and the
shutter of the rear window open.

[it is interesting to see how the fairytale was SPUN by the prestigious UK Sunday Times]

Trish Cameron, McCann's sister, said: 'Kate came screaming back
to the group crying, 'They've taken her, they've taken her'.

[interesting,
'they've taken her' x 2 has been whooshed by all in Team McCann, even
in the bewk, I will call that perjury when the times comes and it wont
be too long either!!!
)

Gerry was crying and roaring like a bull.'

[yes, doing the freemasonic ali-baba fandango!]

John Hill, the Ocean Club manager, said the alarm was raised by
the family between 10pm and 10.15pm: 'The staff, many guests and
the best part of the village started looking right away, a total
of 40 to 65 people.

[but no McCanns, and none of the rest of their friends]

The police were called and started taking
details from the family and then took the decision to escalate
the search.'

Silvia Batisa, head of administration at the complex, helped to
comfort the family and interpret their interviews with the
police: 'The parents were devastated, in a panic. They wanted
more police and dogs immediately. Kate said all the time,
'Please find my daughter' and 'Madeleine is beautiful'.'

[Madeliene
is beautiful? that's a new one on me, but fits the narcissistic
psychotic personality disorder (allegedly) perfectly, per the bewk I
have just had the misfortune to wade though, eek!]

She recalled that the twins were still asleep in their two cots
and there was the small, bright pink wool blanket that Madeleine
likes to hold when she sleeps.

[the one with all the DNA, and possibly 'other bodily fluids' that 'went missing' right?]

'We walked out quickly so as not
to wake up the twins.

[bit difficult when they were totally comatose, they didn't wake despite 20+ people arguing and screaming all around them]

The parents immediately said, 'She's been
kidnapped',' said Batisa.

Paul Moyes, 58, from Middlewich, Cheshire, was among those who helped to look
for the missing child: 'At 11.30pm there was a knock on the door
and there was a distressed gentleman saying that a child had
been abducted and could we help with the search. Everybody got
involved.'

It is not known how the abductor entered the flat. Staff believe
it was likely that entry would have been through the french
doors because the shutters would have been damaged if they had
been prised open.

From the outset, the McCanns were convinced their daughter had
been abducted. There have been complaints from relatives that
the police were slow to respond to the situation.

Speaking from her home in Glasgow, Philomena McCann, Madeleine's aunt,
said: 'The local policeman was doing very little. The area was
not cordoned off for hours and hours. Kate and Gerry [were]
frustrated at the lack of activity. [The police] tried to
downplay the enormity of it and said Madeleine had perhaps
wandered off. That is the most ridiculous suggestion.'

Nigel Ragg, head of marketing at Mark Warner Holidays, defended
the police operation. 'It was felt by our staff that the police
reacted quickly. The search was escalated throughout the
evening,' he said.

[good man]

The McCanns, who are both Roman Catholics,

[do me a favour]

met as medical
students at
Glasgow
University and were
married nine years ago. They spent a period working in Holland and moved to their home in Rothley,
Leicestershire, about two years ago.

Father Keith Tomlinson, the priest who baptised the twins a year
ago at the Sacred Heart church in Rothley, the family's church,
said: 'They are a lovely family.

[remember folks, this is a PRIEST talking here]

This is a terrible time and our
hearts here are with them. We will be praying for them.

'They came here most weeks and brought Madeleine. She is a nice
bouncy happy little girl. They are friendly and open and
obviously love one another and you sense

[why not say 'know'??? instead of the cop-out non-word "sense"...]

that this is a husband
and wife who are united in love and who adore their children.'

Julio Barroros, the local mayor, said: 'We all hope that Maddy
will come home for her family and that England can breathe when she
appears.'

Additional reporting: Will Iredale

Child watch

British law does not set out the minimum age when parents can
leave children alone, but it does stipulate that it is an
offence if doing so might put them at risk, writes Jonathan
Leake
.

[here comes the excuses folks]

Experts are divided on just what this means in practice. The
National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children
believes that babies and toddlers should never be left alone,
whether asleep or awake, even for a few minutes.

Madeleine McCann, the three-year-old apparently snatched from
her bed, was in an apartment in a Portuguese holiday complex
while her parents dined [got pissed] and checked on her at least every half
hour.

'It doesn't take long for unsupervised young children or babies
to injure themselves,' said Chris Cloke, head of child
protection awareness at the charity. 'Put simply, it is too
risky to leave them alone at all at such a young age.'

[good
man, these bastards in the 'prestigious' mainstream media always like
to pretend, to give some 'balance', then they do the usual propaganda
knife twist, here it comes, on cue...]

Other experts take a more flexible view.

'It's the context that
is important,' said Professor Carolyn Hamilton, who runs the
Children's Legal Centre, a charity concerned with law and
policy. 'This couple had . . . clearly made a responsible
assessment
of the risks and decided that they were minimal. They
could not have predicted the possibility of abduction.'

[oh my dearie me...]

Accidents

[getting the excuses in quick, again]

are the biggest cause of death for children over the
age of one. In 2005 about 250 children aged under 15 died in Britain
and more than 2m were taken to hospital, with about half of
accidents happening in the home.

However, many accidents happen while children are under
supervision
and are caused by, for instance, lack of stair
gates.

[see the establishment whitewash folks, it stated at 00.01 may 4th 2007 with The Telegraph]

Praia,
correct me if I am wrong, but i thought the young Fenn was Mrs Fenn
niece....I read her statement and thought that this was how a statement
should be. She was articulate, answered all questions properly and I
believe she used to work for the Queen at Windsor Castle years ago

Can we maybe get a list going? Or at least get some sort of agreement on firm facts, maybe coincidences in brackets after the firm facts?

One thing you need to question....why would people like smehurst/kennedy get so involved to the extent they have.

They are freemasonic brother (allegedly/possibly). I really suggest interested folks all here fork out the money and buy "Faked Abduction" - Stevo goes into these characters' backgrounds and (allegedly/possibly) freemasonic links in GREAT detail, ditto with uber-freemasonic (allegedly/possibly) law firm Kingsley Napley, I really thought I knew my stuff but I didn't, that book is a real eye-opener, trust me...

Mods, I hope this is OK to put in, it is clearly in danger of getting whooshed, so I will leave it up to you...

When Madeleine McCann disappeared in 2007, the British
public soon found out that the Portuguese Police system was run on
completely different lines to that in the United Kingdom. In Britain,
when a crime is committed, the police typically appear on television
news bulletins to give regular updates to the public about their
investigation. The Yorkshire Ripper case, the Soham murders and more
recently, the Shannon Matthews faked abduction, are three famous high
profile cases where we saw the police making regular appearances in the
media.

In Portugal, policing doesn’t operate like that.
The
logo of the Policia Judiciaria - the Portuguese Police who are
analagous to the British CID. This branch of the Portuguese police force
became the main investigators in the Madeleine disappearance.

Their laws call for a strict judicial secrecy. This means that the
police will not make the same kind of public updates that we are
accustomed to in the UK. As the Madeleine disappearance unfolded in
2007, these laws seemed draconian at the time because not having updated
information seemed to allow rumours and false stories to fester in the
public domain.

Of course, the Portuguese judicial secrecy was not foolproof and for
whatever reason, we had several leaks of information throughout that
summer of 2007 and in 2008 before the case was shelved as a cold-case.
The McCanns used those leaks to criticise the PJ. Their main complaint
was that they themselves couldn’t speak out in public so why were
unknown persons within the PJ leaking information from the ongoing
investigation?

This criticism was a valid point by the McCanns but was it entirely true? More importantly, did it make any real difference?

Despite Kate and Gerry hiding behind the judicial secrecy veil in
interviews, they didn’t exactly keep their mouths shut either. In Kate
Healy’s latest book “madeleine”, she describes how she and Gerry met up
with Freemason solicitor Ed Smethurst and their soon to be benefactor,
Brian Kennedy. Kate goes on to describe her meeting in London with
Scottish tycoon Kennedy on Friday September 14, 2007:

Brian was much younger than I was expecting, very relaxed
and personable. He told us a little about himself. Originally from
Edinburgh and married with five children, he was wealthy, obviously, but
a self-made man: he had started out as a window cleaner. Then he asked
me to give him an account of what had happened on the evening of 3 May. I
talked for a couple of minutes before he stopped me. ‘OK, that’s
enough. I’ve always believed you. I just wanted to hear it from you.
That’s fine.’
So in Kate’s own words, four years down the line she reveals that she
deliberately broke the laws of judicial secrecy by describing what
happened on the night of May 3, 2007 to a man she had only just met that
day – a comparative stranger. That’s funny: when Kate appeared on many
interviews, she would refuse to tell the interviewer how she knew that
Madeleine had been abducted because Kate would claim that she was
prohibited from doing so because of “the investigation”.

In the BBC’s Panorama documentary aired on November 19, 2007,
Smethurst appears in the documentary and he effectively reveals that
Kate and/or Gerry have broken the judicial secrecy laws:

part of the reason why we’re here disclosing evidence to you today as opposed to keeping our powder dry is a recognition that there were two strands to this case…
Whether Smethurst was officially hired by the McCanns as their
attorney, Smethurst had no right to disclose anything his clients or
acquaintances had revealed to him, and certainly not to a television
programme aired in public to millions of viewers.

There are other examples of the McCanns’ double standards in
respecting the judicial secrecy laws but the general point is that Kate
and Gerry used those laws in ways that suited them. If a negative leak
came out they would jump all over the PJ. Clarence Mitchell served as
their amplifier in this regard and we can famously remember him claiming
the gloves are off” after a leak in 2008 when the McCanns
visited the European Parliament. Leaks about Murat and Malinka didn’t
seem to evoke any responses from the McCanns. Of course it wouldn’t –
the heat was off them in those kind of leaks!
A
Leicestershire Constabulary badge. This county police force in England
is entrusted with the so-called continuing Madeleine McCann
investigation. Four years after the disappearance the public is none the
wiser as to any kind of progress in the case. Is it really a long term
cover-up being dragged out while it masquerades as a bona fide
investigation?

On the whole, the Portuguese system doesn’t seem so bad. In the UK, a
veil of silence descends on a case when someone is charged and the case
is declared sub judice. Even in prolific crime cases, the
police will only divulge what they want the public to know and there
really isn’t that much difference between the two systems.

But what then of the British police with the responsibility of
investigating the Madeleine disappearance? Leicestershire Constabulary
are entrusted with that task, and, quite literally, the case file at
police HQ in Enderby, Leicestershire is called “Operation Task“.
The Leicestershire police were the obvious choice of investigating law
enforcement because that is the county where the McCanns live.

Have Leicestershire Constabulary fared any better with public liaison
and handling the media with regular updates on progress in the case?

That has to be a resounding NO! To date, Leicestershire Constabulary have:

  • Allowed the key suspects (Kate and Gerry McCann) to be on first name terms with the investigators.
  • Allowed MI5/MI6 to accompany them in meetings with the Portuguese police.
  • Allowed the key suspect (Gerry McCann) to retrieve unknown DNA from his home to send to Portugal for DNA testing.
  • Allowed Kate’s aunt to retrieve DNA samples (and who knows what
else!) to send to a quack in South Africa (Danie Krugel) with a
Heath-Robinson contraption that he imported to Portugal without passing
through customs (Was this part of the charade used to send an item or
items to the McCanns that would have been intercepted had it gone
straight to Portugal from the UK? Krugel could quite easily have been a
    mule…)
  • Advertised the commercial money-making website “findmadeleine.com” on their own website.
  • Met with Gordon Brown 3 days after the McCanns returned to England
from Portugal under the pretext of a Community/Neighbourhood Policing
    smokescreen.
  • Hidden a vital police interview from Portuguese Police after 2
doctors who alleged that David Payne and Gerry McCann were possible
paedophiles only 13 days after Madeleine was reported missing.
  • Not publicly mentioned the aforementioned interview where Payne and
McCann were suspected of paedophilia by their doctor friends who went on
holiday with them to Majorca in 2005.
  • Given a police escorted ride to the McCanns from East Midlands
Airport to Rothley in September 2007. (West Yorkshire police also gave
Kate McCann, Michael Wright and the McCann twins an escorted ride from
Leeds/Bradford Airport to Skipton in 2007).
  • Refused to properly reply to legitimate Freedom of Information
requests citing exemptions of either National Security or that this is
    an ongoing investigation.
  • Never given proper updates typical of a major crime to the British public.
  • Performed an abysmal job with the rogatory interviews of the various
witnesses and the Tapas friends of the McCanns. In Russell O’Brien’s
interview, the DVD recorder was not functioning properly and large
chunks of his interview were not recorded on video. They also asked many
leading questions and they did not seem to interview witnesses with a
view to finding out the real truth.

Given the above, which police force has been the most secretive?
Quite clearly Leicestershire Constabulary is running Operation Task like
some Cold War era Stasi (German Secret Police) investigation. After
four years, the public knows little about Operation Task apart from
information in the Portuguese police file released in 2008 and the
associated financial costs of the investigation. Given the lack of
feedback it makes one wonder whether Operation Task is really a
Government cover-up masquerading as a real investigation.

This shouldn’t surprise anyone because it has happened before. Former
Leicester MP Greville Janner QC was implicated in a paedophilia scandal
in the city of Leicester back in the early 90s. That scandal was hushed
up swiftly and efficiently by the same police force. The Greville
Janner case even involved the same freemasonic law firm that the McCanns
used and is the location where they met Ed Smethurst and Brian Kennedy
in September 2007: Kingsley Napley.

Apparently there is a law for the public and there is a different set of laws for the McCanns.

And then we have the suspected influence by Freemasons within the
ranks of Leicestershire police. Another example of how freemasons in the
British police reek of corruption came to light after two Leicester
businessmen were awarded £85,000 compensation after being beaten up by
Lancashire police. Their story illustrates the depth and depravity of
the “Brotherhood” within the UK police:

…what happens to others who have run-ins with Freemasonic
officers? Two Leicester businessmen found out when they decided to
have a late night drink at the Goat Moat House Hotel in Blackburn where
they were staying in April 1988. Sidney and Shaun Callis (father and
son) were unaware they had walked into the ‘Ladies night’ organized by
the Victory Lodge of Blackburn. Two Masonic Lancashire police officers
approached the pair and ordered them out of the hotel bar. After
refusing to leave, the couple were beaten up and then charged with
assault by other Masonic police officers also present. When the two men
were released on bail the following morning, they found that the hotel
management had seized the Callis’ belongings demanding compensation for
damage to the bar. The Hotel manager was later found to be a Mason and a
member of the Victory Lodge. The Callis’ also found that the tires of
their car had been drained of air and the hubcaps removed.

When their assault charge reached court the following year, the jury
rejected police evidence and acquitted the pair. The Callis’
subsequently sued Lancashire Police for malicious prosecution and won
£85,000 in compensation. The total pay out, including court costs, came
to £170,000. However, the retribution did not stop there. Since 1989,
unknown police officers put phony criminal records for Sidney and Shaun
Callis on the police national computer. Another unnamed person wrote to
police suggesting that Sidney Callis was responsible for murdering two
people, shot dead on the Pembrokeshire Coast in 1989. He was arrested
for murder and interrogated at Hinckley Police Station before being
released. Leicestershire Police also made efforts to revoke Sidney Callis’s 12-bore shotgun license. As Callis told Private Eye magazine in April: “I’ve never had so much as a parking fine.”

The Home Affairs Select Committee was told that the Victory Lodge in
Blackburn, whose members triggered this catalogue of retribution, is a
lodge set up for police Masons.
Stasi logo. Notice the Freemasonic compasses in the centre of the wreath.

Anyone thinking that Stasi is an exaggerated term for
Leicestershire Constabulary, think again. Look at the logo for the Stasi
and see the Masonic influence in the compasses at the centre of the
wreath. This part of the logo is derived from the flag of the former
East Germany.

These snakes only think of one thing...themselves...making money...so what motivates them in a story that is world wide & one of the biggest stories of the of the 21st century which has grave danger of exposing them, yet they still get involved to such a deep level.

Self-preservation, it is an instinct we all have in varying degrees. To do what many of these folks are doing means that they must be de facto psychopaths - devoid of normal human emotions, feelings, ethics, notions of right and wrong. They simply do not understand these terms. See this:

The Mask of Sanity

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mask of Sanity, 1982 edition

The Mask of Sanity is a book written by Hervey Cleckley, M.D., first published in 1941, describing the clinical interviews of Cleckley with incarcerated psychopaths.
It is considered a seminal work and the most influential clinical
description of psychopathy in the 20th century. The basic elements of
psychopathy outlined by Cleckley are still relevant today.[1] The title refers to the normal "mask" that conceals the mental disorder of the psychopathic person in Cleckley's conceptualization.[2]

Cleckley describes the psychopathic person as outwardly a perfect mimic
of a normally functioning person, able to mask or disguise the
fundamental lack of internal personality structure, an internal chaos
that results in repeatedly purposeful destructive behavior, often more
self-destructive than destructive to others. Despite the seemingly
sincere, intelligent, even charming external presentation, internally
the psychopathic person does not have the ability to experience genuine
emotions. Cleckley questions whether this mask of sanity is voluntarily
assumed intentionally to hide the lack of internal structure, or if the
mask hides a serious, but yet unidentified, psychiatric defect.[3]

And in any scandal like this, the truth is always hidden and stories made up to deflect away from it, they are not going to point you in the right direction....confusion is good as it deflects you away. Look at the owners of Ocean Club, look at Mark Warners....read their history, read their contracts...read the only thing that could save them all....an abduction!

I don't disbelieve anything you say!

I also find it very strange that this couple weren't interviewed by the police. I can't find any witness statements if they did. And they just happen to live (Business people) in Cheshire - the stomping ground of a few key players of team McCann.

Is it possible that they were interviewed, it just hasn't been released to the public?

Praia, looking at the photo of block 5, I came to the following conclusion with apartment numbers. Is this layout correct?

Gr.floor1stfloor2ndfloor3rdfloor4thfloor
5AMcCann5GMrs Fenn5KMoyes5Pempty ?5R
5BOldfield5HPayne5Lempty ?5Q5S
5Cempty ?5iempty ?5Mempty ?

5E
5F
the OC cleaner only cleans these apartments
the cleaner said was occupied
we know is privately owned
presumed to be privately owned
sniffer dogs Rex and Zarus independently show interest
and cleaner confirmed it was not occupied

If it is correct, are you saying that Mrs Fenn actually occupied 5R on the top, but also owned 5G ?

Either way, I am going to rip to shreds CT's statement over the weekend, to see what is buried there.

There is a photo of the side of block 5 somewhere. I often wondered why the arrow pointing to Mrs Fenn's apartment was in the wrong place, or so I thought, I must locate that picture again.

Things could be slotting into place now !! When I created the chart above, I could not understand what I had written on it, even though it was based on witness statements. The OC cleaner stated a number of appartments that were occupied. She specifically mentions 5G, now why would she mention that one, if this is where Mrs Fenn actually lived. Was she just referring to apartments that were being used as holiday lets? Could Mrs Fenn have been renting out 5G? If so, who was in there on the 3rd?

Why was Carole Tranmer's (Mrs Fenn's neice) original interview, which was given to Leicestershire Police on the 8th May and her photo-fit, not on the DVD? Was it ever given to the PJ? Did LP withold it? Did the PJ withold it?

Her Rogatory interview was taken on the 22nd April 2008, which is on the DVD.

As Praia said, this must be very important.

The very fact that a blonde unidentified male was seen leaving mysteriously from the rear of 5b and the McCann's are not shouting this from every roof top, has to be very significant.

The Paynes said they were over OBriens - they were then not sure if the Oldfields were next door or next door but one - then perhaps an empty apt. then 5A.
The Oldfields said they were next to 5A.
Why does the Paynes who were so concerned that they were all together, not know who was were.

Looks like the LP could have withheld it.
Mrs Fenn would have had her door knocked on that night like the Moyes and Wilkins. She would be the first call the police would make. Why not report the crying incident on the Tues.? Why wait til over a hundred days later to be seen by the PJ? Just when things are really hotting up, the dogs have been and gone.

Exactly. Not helping at all with the 'search' to find Maddie

Leicestershire Police have a history of withholding vital statements from the investigation & PJ

That's what I was wondering and why team McCann made a big thing in the mockumentary about another individual seen hanging around there, who looks nothing like what the neice saw. Disaster Recovery in operation no doubt.

I know I would, but if she owns the apartment directly above and does not want to affect her rentals, she might keep quiet.

Why wait til over a hundred days later to be seen by the PJ? Just when things are really hotting up, the dogs have been and gone.

OMG, I never spotted that before.

The only reason I can think of that Mrs Fenn did not give a statement sooner, or two reasons really, one - she left Portugal for quite some time and only returned at the end of August. Or two - Someone prevented that from happening. I think she must have left Portugal somehow, maybe someone helped her to relocate until after the dust settled?

She was was around. Third week in August people are getting twitchy, they know results are due re. the dogs findings.
Abduction and negligence needs to back on the table, imo. Strange timing, that's all.
