McCann Lawyer Isabel Duarte returns books

The 'formerly banned by the McCann couple' book, whose trustee, Isabel Duarte, the couple's lawyer affirmed that “nothing will force her to return them”, in spite of a Superior Court ruling which obliged her to deliver the books to their rightful owner; have finally been returned to Guerra & Paz Editors. We, in this blog congratulate Guerra & Paz book publishers as well as the book author of “Maddie - A Verdade da Mentira”, Gonçalo Amaral, for fighting and for standing up against the machiavelic censorship attempt by a couple of former arguidos.

HO HO HO, the u turn is a good incidation of verdict of counter appeal!The turnabout face means la dame knows she personally would be in deep shit if she continues to carry on her intimidating attitude/bully tactics because at the end of the day she is their legal adviser and should know better.
Just dessert is best served cold.
cheshire cat, would you consider changing title thread to 'mccanns lawyer or Isabel Duarte' because duarte could be confused with the journalist.

Here we have yet another person involved with Team McCann who just will not stick to what they have said the first time around! Too few principles and too many principals in the case.
Could she not at least have gone on a hunger strike for a few weeks, to show an ounce of defiance? To show a little commitment to the McCann family who were relying on her not to allow this book to continue to be sold or printed in English?
How are the doctors Payne and McCann going to deal with the avalanche of press and media when it is widely read in English?
Or is there a life-time press ban on this ever being commented upon by the media?
Surely the media will be allowed to take issue with Leicester police for not having forwarded the Gaspars statements to Portugal in the very first instance?

No doubt people will soon hear that this is as a result of Court's ruling of filing by Publisher against her.
She must have been ordered to comply with Court's order or face contempt!

It is more likely that she held onto them until the launch of the Big Book Of McFairy Tales was announced. I do hope that Goncalo Amaral is sending her a nice big bill for loss of earnings.

She was probably not told of the mccanns book, otherwise by insulting Amaral's money motive by extension she is insulting her clients. Her clients are not noble then, their book is not FOC is it? In fact her clients is asking for a higher price for their pile of junks.
It should be the publisher recovering cost from her.
