From what I can gathered from the interview, CR didnt write to Pat Brown meaning she wasnt sued for libel.

All it was is CR wrote Amazon and told amazon to remove Pat's book claiming it was defamatory to the mccanns and Amazon did it without asking for evidence as in court document. It was just on mccanns say so. So pretty amazing Amazon even heed CR warning on that basis.

I wonder what Pat Brown can do to take it up with Amazon? Imagine every high profile person who didnt like what is written about them asking Amazon to withdraw books about them, Amazon will be left with only fictional fairy tale on their shelf.
