10 Tragic traits in Mind of Bullies and Cynics

Post by Garth on 15.05.11 9:04

Only too often we see the usual diatribe spouted by the McCann critics. The repetitious reference to 'bundleman, eggman, spottyman, paedo man etc etc, serves nothing other than to hide a deeper rooted problem......their own insecurities. Even now, in light of all that has happened with Kate writing her heartfelt and honest account in her book and the case being investigated by Scotland Yard, instigated by the McCanns and whom have asked for complete transparency, they still come up with the same old tedious questions.
This pretty much sums them up, written by Donna Ferentes:
It's always a conspiracy. And it is, isn't it? No sooner has the body been discovered, the bomb gone off, than the same people are producing the same old stuff, demanding that there are questions which need to be answered, at the same unbearable length. Because the most important thing about these people is that they are people entirely lacking in discrimination. They cannot tell a good theory from a bad one, they cannot tell good evidence from bad evidence and they cannot tell a good source from a bad one. And for that reason, they always come up with the same answer when they ask the same question.

A person who always says the same thing, and says it over and over again is, of course, commonly considered to be, if not a monomaniac, then at very least, a bore.
Can you some of you relate? Of course not, the trees are in the way!
Ok, so some lack in emotional intelligence and we can see they have problems, but for those cynics who view the McCanns with nothing other than contempt, even in light of the suffering the McCanns have endured, it may well be worth having a read of this
Have you ever considered the mental equipment alive and active within brains of bullies and cynics?
1. for the cynic is that tiny sac of neurons that remains agitated most of the time,  overheats easily,  and triggers turmoil as an emotional pattern. How do you tame your amygdala?
2. releases from cynics like falls at Niagra, as its potent chemical slams people into stress that  shrinks human brains. What tactics do you use to counter that cortisol surge?
3. for cynics create disagreeable expressions of gloom, and habitual synapses can reshape moods or jade perspectives into permanent problems over time. Can you see how today’s actions shape tomorrow’s brain?
4. Plasticity rewires the cynic’s brain nightly for angry responses, and deep seated frustrations. Outwardly,  poor tone packs punches that cripple opportunities to prosper. Rewire against cynicism by doing its opposite, since every action you take today helps to reshape the brain as you sleep tonight.
5. brain cells connect negativity to negativity in the mind of a cynic, to regenerate mental stagnation not seen in the curious. Practice one positive act and watch chemical and electrical activity reboot you mentally for more of the same.
6. , with its propensity to default back to ruts,  stores and replays worst habits of cynics til others can cite their complaints by heart. That’s why you see some people locked into racism, sexism and other poisonous practices picked up and played routinely without much thought.
7. sits unused and often remains mute for the cynic, who finds no need for mental equipment that prospers the curious or leaps into action for solution bound minds. Focus on facts that build concrete solutions and working memory tools spring into action to solve complex problems out of bounds to the cynical mind.
8. refuel retched  moods in cynics, with decreased natural drugs for well being, and increased hormones for negative behavior.  Cynicism blocks serotonin, sometimes referred as molecule of happiness, and stirs up chemicals that accompany disdain.
9. sinks lower in mind of the cynic, leaving the brain without resources against anxiety, disquiet, anger, or conflict at work. Each cynical act can lower a brain’s natural serotonin supplies. Increase serotonin through healthy foods, exercise, and many behaviors that spike sincere satisfaction.
10. of cynics rewire daily to rewire a mind for more cynical performances. Organized by a hierarchy, electrical waves control how neurons communicate for better or for worse, and cynical forces can surge a brain’s circuitry for negative outcomes

Of course, failing that, maybe a bit of counselling might help!

Perhaps Gerry is part of it too. After all in his first statement he said he left the apartment locked. But come his second one, he then changes it to being left unlocked.

Donna who ?? oh yes, another career climber.

Garth, the majority of members of this forum do not believe Maddie was abducted. You are wasting your time coming here to insult us or change our minds. Please go to another forum.
