T: Was the Almeida Report really an "Interim" Report?
Here is the first page of Almeida's quite damning report.

Notice how it does not mention the words Intercalary Report?
Why would anyone deliver an Interim Report after someone has already been made a suspect?
Check the date it was submitted. It was filed the day after they flew home.

Could it be that Rebelo wanted the Portuguese Prosecution to think that it was, to make it look less important?
