AT LAST. The Olive press reports a REAL abduction
German father’s relief after three-year-old daughter is found in Spain after two-year search
By Laurence Dollimore
THE search for a three-year-old girl has been deactivated almost two years after she was reported missing.
Triana Destiny Wenhert Franquesa disappeared from Calvia in Mallorca on February 11, 2023.

The young girl was believed to have been abducted by her mother, who was thought to have taken her to Germany about a year ago.
The father, Jan Miguel Wenhert, told Diario de Mallorca that he suspected the girl was being abused and neglected.
Following an investigation, the mother and daughter were found to have recently moved to Barcelona.
The father filed a criminal complaint against the woman for assault and abduction of a minor.
The child has now been found and authorities have taken over the case.
Yesterday, the missing persons database SOS Desaparecidos updated Triana’s appeal poster to say she had been ‘found alive’.

Re: AT LAST. The Olive press reports a REAL abduction
AT LEAST THE OP GOT HALF THE STORY RIGHT.
The Child has not yet been found, and is believed to be living with the Mother and her new Partner in Barcelona.
The Olive Mess hard at work to support some 'Abduction' Theory as usual...
Jan Miguel Wehnert, a 26-year-old resident of Santa Ponça , admits that he is lost and does not know what to do. He has not seen his three-year-old daughter Triona for almost a year. He says that his ex-partner took her to Germany without his consent, taking advantage of the fact that he was in custody after she reported a false assault, and that he suspects that the minor is being neglected and is being mistreated. The last thing he knows is that the mother and the child are in Barcelona , and he asks the authorities to locate her and check if she is okay.
Wehnert explains that his wife, who lived in Germany, always ignored her daughter. and that she only became interested in her when she lost the subsidy she received from the German government, since the girl had always lived in Mallorca with the father's family. He has filed complaints against his ex-partner for assaults and slander, and also for the abduction of the minor, who she took to Germany without her consent. Some acquaintances have told him that the girl is neglected by her mother, and he himself has detected signs of ill-treatment on his recent visits. All these complaints seem to have fallen into a dead end, which has led him to ask for help from SOS Disappeared and the association Niños sin Derechos, which advises in cases of parental abduction, to try to locate the little girl, who reportedly settled with her mother and her new partner in Barcelona.
Jan Miguel, who works as a receptionist at a hotel in Peguera, says that he and his ex-wife grew up in Calvià and had been dating since high school. In 2020, they went to work in Germany together, and their daughter Triana was born there in January 2021. “In June 2022, the three of us came to Mallorca, but my ex-wife returned to Germany after a week. I stayed and took care of the girl with the help of my mother and sister. For months, my wife never asked about the girl. In October of that year, I went to Germany with the baby to try to fix our relationship, but she told me that we were depressing her, that she didn’t want to know anything about us. So, finally, I went back to Mallorca with the girl. Since then, my ex-wife only called me to ask for money.”
In Mallorca, the father says, he took care of the girl's schooling and medical care. "Until one day, in January 2023, my ex-wife called me and demanded that she take her away, because she had stopped receiving the social benefits she was given in Germany for the girl.
That same day, the German police also called me to inform me that custody belonged to the mother and I had a week to hand her over. But I already had complaints filed against her for mistreatment of me and the girl. I went to report it to the Civil Guard and they contacted the German police. They told me that a German prosecutor would have to decide whether it was safe for the girl to return to her mother."
Things got worse the following month. “One day my ex-wife called me and told me she was in Santa Ponça. We met for dinner and we talked quietly. At no point did she ask me about the girl, I was the one who told her if I wanted to see her. We met the next day at a children’s park in Costa de la Calma. At one point, she grabbed the girl and took her to the bathroom in a bar opposite. I was outside, waiting, and suddenly six cars from the Civil Guard and the Local Police showed up. She had called from the bar to say that I had hit her. They arrested me immediately, and at that moment I realised what she wanted. I asked the police to tell my mother to take care of the girl, but they didn’t listen to me. They told me that as her mother, she could keep her.”
Jan Miguel was detained for nine hours for the alleged assault.
When he left, the woman had already taken the girl, first to Barcelona and then to Germany. “The charge of assault was dropped because my ex-wife gave the Guardia Civil an address in Son Caliu, but when they went there, they couldn’t find her. In addition, the owner of the bar stated that she entered the premises calmly with the girl, who didn’t look like she had been assaulted. Meanwhile, I reported that she had taken the girl without my consent. Some time later, a work colleague of hers contacted me, telling me that the girl was neglected and sick, and that she had signs of abuse. I hired a lawyer in Germany and went there to look for her. In recent months I have seen her several times, and she was dirty, with bruises and burns on her arms.”
Jan Miguell last saw his daughter on January 15, when she went to daycare center where she was in a village in Germany. But the mother reportedly married another man and moved to Berlin. Then he lost contact. So far. Have we discovered from some comments they have left on a social network located in Barcelona. That's why I want the Civil Guard to look for her and check the state in which the girl is. And if it's really wrong, I want your custody," says Jan Miguel.

And repeatedly referring to his daughter as "the girl'. What an odd way to refer to one's daughter.

I had to change some Translations because they referred to the Child as an 'it'!
Rather like a Can of Beans perhaps?
