I thought this was another rendition of the infamous pea souper fashioned by Her Royal Megness some while ago.

Yesterday I saw a girl wearing pantaloons (can't call them jeans because jeans they ain't - unless they belong to Jean), they weren't the slashed variety seen so frequently on male and female alike but more ripped from upper thigh to lower calf, with bits flapping about in the wind - and my was it windy. Thus exposing a mass of very large leg covered with tattoo.,

I seriously can't see the point. If penniless and unable to buy a par of jeans or trousers, resorting to second hand worn out garments from a jumble sale, would it still be a prized fashion statement?

Yes, I think it's the most stringent discipline there is. Every aspect of that little girl's life is ruled by ballet. She's certainly a wonderful dancer.

Hi Ladyinred, yes it was a great night, I've never seen as many people there for years.
The junior bands were exceptional, dressed in hippy clothes and playing great tunes.
These bands are crutial to the future keeping the traditional whit friday band contest going.

Glad you enjoyed it. I haven't spoken with daughter yet but she messaged to say all good. I hadn't realised what a big event it is - dozens of bands attended. It sounds great, especially with the good weather.
