Even if they did pull this off in Germany, they are still under suspicion in Portugal - how would this work? After all, as the Met have often told us, this remains a Portuguese investigation and they were just there to assist. So what gives Germany the right to hijack the case?  Shouldn't Brueckner be sent back to Portugal for questioning?

I guess that Germany would probably allow the Portuguese and English Detectives access to Brückner for questioning in Kiel. It will be interesting to see who turns up what when questioning the “Prime Suspect” , as it is certainly only the Press that wants us all to believe that he is! 

Germany does not extradite it’s Citizens for crimes committed abroad.

It has not yet been proved he is involved in this case, so it cannot be “Hijacked” from anyone.

It seems that trying to wash your dirty laundry in Public has become a new custom in England? 

Let us see how it turns out when it is hanging out to dry.

All will be able to Judge then.

I do not see or hear of the other Suspects planning to return to Portugal to clear their good names. 

Would they be extradited?

Was the Media attempt to sway a Jury - or to “Epstein” Brückner.

As usual, not thoroughly thought out or planned....

It seems to me that evidence against Brueckner is being planted or created.

A camper van that was already a wreck in 2006 (Madeleine died in 2007) is still in existence.

Witness suddenly coming out if the woodwork, i.e ex girl friends with a grudge

A USB stick from 2007 - really? Did we have them then? Is this compatible now? Will it work?

Remember how the date was altered on the pool photograph, how can we be sure that the same hasn't happened with pics on the USB stick, have they been planted, photoshopped and had the data changed?

Germany would be foolish to fall for this coverup, what have they been told? What was Wolters acting on?

I doubt very much that this will ever reach a court as they are already saying that Brueckner could be out before he is charged and he would get away.

I think that we may just get all this false evidence splattered all over the press to manipulate public perception of the case and then a sob story, the poor McCanns will never know because Bruckner got away - Madeleine could still be alive.

At first, I thought this German affair was eventually going to lead to the closure of the case, but then I realized that there is no way this bloke could ever stand trial in Portugal for killing Madeleine McCann.

Exactly media hype and as always, it's working - playing on the minds of the gullible. At the same time attracting never ending rambling nonsensical contradictory carp!

One minute a German court of law doesn't trial by jury, the next minute suggestions are spread abroad that the whole debacle is blown-up by the media to sway a court decision.

Just for the record .... this genre of propaganda, to influence the minds of the public or just general scandal-mongering, is not exclusive to England, indeed it not country specific.

This particular German prisoner is not, I repeat not, a suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, his name is being used - if he even exists. Similar instances can easily be cited over the years. Let's start with Raymond Hewlett - another German traveler who moved around Europe and North Africa, dabbled with trading car parts, said to be a convicted/suspected peodophile .... blah blah blah.

Meanwhile the world's finest, The Metropolitan Police, continue the farcical pretense.

The evidence is as far as I can tell, real and verifiable.
The Metadata from the USB sticks found under his dead Dog fit the Camera used. They were probably downloaded onto a Computer. Then onto USB sticks.
The Memory cards found with the Camera were loaded from a Computer - not taken with it.

As he did not encrypt or protect the files as far as I know, this points to him not being so good with Computers.

His Profile does not fit the cleaned, and rearranged Crime scene.
He makes a mess, and expects others to clean after him.

That is his style.

The only way to end this “Never Ending Story” is to find her.

Christian Brueckner spends 23 hours a day inside his cell surrounded by legal files and with a TV, it is claimed, after his pleas for more space were rejected at Kiel prison in Germany

New details have emerged about life inside prison for the prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann murder case.

Christian Brueckner spends 23 hours a day in his cell and is only allowed outside once a day - and he cannot mix with other prisoners.

The 43-year-old sex offender reportedly has a TV in his room and large legal documents on his shelves.

A sketch by Brueckner, obtained by newspaper Bild, shows a bed, desk and shelving unit in the tiny room, which are all fixed to the floor.

Trial records and mail are seen on the shelves in the black and white sketch, while curtains hang in front of the window.

Brueckner is currently serving a seven year sentence at Kiel prison in northern Germany.

He was convicted in 2013 of sexually assaulting the daughter of a former girlfriend, it emerged last month, and has also been found guilty of raping a pensioner on a Portuguese beach.

Brueckner is only allowed outside for one hour a day, and has to be alone in the yard.

Since he was linked to Madeleine's murder, Brueckner has been ostracised from other prisoners, it is claimed.

The only people he has contact with are wardens and the prisoner who distributes food - stew on Monday, fish on Thursdays and a roast dinner on Sundays.

Brueckner is reported to have a TV in his room, but this is not visible in the picture.

He is said to have previously complained about the cramped conditions and asked for more space, but this was rejected.

Brueckner lived 15 minutes from the complex where Madeleine vanished in 2007 in Praia da Luz, aged three.

Brueckner's lawyer, Friedrich Fülscher, has previously insisted that his client “is innocent.”

Speaking in Germany, Fülscher said Brueckner had nothing to do with Maddie’s abduction and claimed he was the victim of a miscarriage of justice.

The Metropolitan Police maintain their active investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance, Operation Grange, is a missing person inquiry as there is no “definitive evidence whether Madeleine is alive or dead”.

Christian Brueckner is not connected in any way with the alleged disappearance of Madeleine McCann, as someone/s closer to home knows full well. This is media hype sown by a source close to ..... It's allowed to continue by team McCann and the UK authorities because it suits a purpose.

Anyone who can't see that, take a step back, go back to the beginning 2 or 3 months ago (who can remember that far back) and take a fresh look. You will see the absurdity of the whole thing - not one single aspect of this German's movements and reported crimes over the years points to the case of Madeleine McCann, in any way shape or form.

Who cares what this prisoner does with his time or what he eats or what he's said or hasn't said?

Lawyers speaking out about a specific case and client is a comparatively recent innovation, yet here we have lawyers, politicians, police, private detectives, journalists here there and everywhere, speaking candidly to the press about matters relating to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. On the surface, an active police investigation that should retain integrity and confidentiality.

Brand McCann defies normality - just like the coronavirus, another subject blown-up by the beloved global media.

At least his reporting is in line with what was put out 17 hours ago in a report on the German TV program. I don’t think the Prison Menu was discussed. He would be lucky if he has a Television. He has asked for more time for excercise, but due to lack of Personnel this was refused.

The drawing has emerged as police continue to investigate his role in the three-year-old's disappearance in Portugal in 2007.

Brueckner complains that he suffers from being unable to exercise properly as he has been confined to solitary for his own protection since June – when German police named him as the prime suspect in the case.

The story of Madeleine McCann's disappearance 'broke' on the morning of 3rd May 2007.

I thought Christian 'he who can't be named' Bruekner was said to be 15 minutes up - or down - the road.

It was only after his arrival at Kiel Prison, when his fellow Prisoners found out that he was being Suspected of anything to do with Maddy.

Only then (2020) did he start receiving threats, and had to be Isolated for his own health.  

He is expected to stay Safe there until Jan 2021.

I think they have the right man.

  A convicted man being wrongly accused of murdering a 4 yr old girl has been put into solitary confinement whilst the media dig up as much dirt as they possibly can to further blacken his name, has drawn a sketch of his cell.  That I can understand but what are the chances that he would really pass it to the gutter press who are trying to frame him?

It's all a load of old tosh innit.  If I were he who shan't be named, I would take the UK through the European Court of Human Rights - I'm sure he's got a stronger case than   you know who!

If they had found any potential 'remains' the surely that would have been reported. I they wanted to do forensic examination of any remains it can't that long.
Has it all been just another attempt to not focus on the original view of 2007. The McCann's, maybe by accident, are responsible.

Of course, but the real reason for the digging was due to several Factors.

The new Allotment Tenant could not stand the thought that any Evidence was possibly buried there.
Brückner had attempted to build a “Josef Fritzel” cellar there to imprison new Victims.
He has been known to bury Evidence at other locations already.
