Metropolitan Police withheld Forensic Evidence,Kenya Trail 2011

Post by willowthewisp on 04.12.18 17:07

In 2011 David,Jude Tebbut were living in Kenya, when the couple were attacked by at least Two Men,where her husband lost his life and Mrs Tebbut gained freedom from her attackers.

The UK's finest Metropolitan Police Service told Mrs Tebbut, they would track down David Tebbut's killers, then a Kenyan Man named Ali Babitu Kololo was presented before a Kenyan Court charged with the attack and killing of Jude,David Tebbut,Mr Kololo was found guilty by the Court.
It has since transpired that a Former Detective Superintendent Mr Neil Hibberd had withheld Forensic Evidence from the Court in Kenya, that undermined the criminal case against Mr Kololo!

Mrs Jude Tebbut has claimed that the Man who stood on Trail for the attack and Murder of Mr David Tebbut is Not the person who carried out the Murder?

Mr Kololo is appealing his case.

Is this another one of those infamous Trails that collapse when properly investigation of the evidence discredits the "Official Result",guilty?

The now retired Police Officer Mr Neil Hibberd has been called to give his account before IOPC?
