Convincing on the basis that they're still going to be tasting freedom at the time of the funeral

Yes, most definitely.
Strange behaviour.  Let's see how it all develops.

Re: Toddler in car that rolled into river

Post by Hobs on 25.03.18 2:17

The mom's FB post about her missing car is very strange.

She posts her car has been stolen and asks people to look out for it yet...

She gives no description of said vehicle.
No make or model of the color.
No color
no number plate.
And, most importantly...

No mention at all that her daughter was strapped inside the car when it disappeared!

No mention of her child's appearance.
No mention of her name.
No mention of her age.
Nothing.
As far as the post is concerned a car is missing presumed stolen.

She asks us to look for a car, a car with no way for us to know what to look for.
was this deliberate in order to delay a search?

Why is her car her priority and not the child inside?

We know she has another child who does not live with her, why is this?
Was he voluntarily handed over to another to be cared for or was it imposed on her?

What was her relationship like with her daughter?

Were they known to social services?
If so why?
Was there something upcoming that would affect their relationship?

Are they known to Police?
If so why?

What is their financial situation like?
Are there debts?
Are there student loans or other due?

What about insurance?

Can they provide the bank card that snapped?
Was it snapped IE by repeated bending or was it cut if it was damaged at all?

Why did she park where she did?
Why did she park how she did?
How does she normally park?
Where does she normally park?
If different to usual what caused her to park the way she did?

Given the proximity to the building  would she not have heard the car start if she thought it had been stolen?
Did she leave the engine running?
If so was it in gear?
Did she do anything different that day compared to how she normally does things when she visits that location?
If so, what caused her to do things differently?
What did she do differently?
How long was she away from the car?
How long after she saw the car was missing did she call 999 (911)
Where did she look?
Did she call out?
What did she tell the first responders?
What did she tell the operator?

Can she explain her FB posts?
Can he explain his FB posts?

And for 2 days, NOTHING in the press or news.

Expect a development sometime very soon. I don’t think we’ll be surprised.

Hobs, where have you read that the mother has another child who lives elsewhere? I haven't seen this.
This certainly is a bizarre case.

I really do not want to comment on the Tragic death of Kiara Moore nor cast aspersions as to what may have happened to this young child,May Kiara Moore Rest In ever lasting Peace.

I would only hope that the Police and Coroner's Office have come to the right conclusion in regard to the release of the body for Cremation in this sad tragic affair.

There are several photos of the mom with a young boy, including one of her in bed with him eating cookies and doughnuts.

Funeral at the CREMATORIUM on the 27th? Should the coroner release the body so soon? It may be crucial evidence after all.

They seem to do EVERYTHING so quickly.
Able to function so well it seems...like two other parents.
I would be in absolute bits, Facebook and the other organising that he speaks of would be the last thing on my mind.
He is proudly showing a tattoo of her name to the world too.
Maybe something to consider in the months ahead....but now...so soon.

Re: Toddler in car that rolled into river

I am very interested to read this. I thought from the beginning it didn't seem right. Who would park on a slippery slipway? Why assume the car was stolen? The major thought was, poor frightened child. But now I read what the father had to say and like the McCanns there is no empathy for the child. Just detail of the incident, and attempts to sound as if the parents did all they could....anyway, again like the McCanns, there was the gut instinct that it didn't add up, overridden at first as it seemed too cynical to suspect parents' involvement.
Ps: the police seem to be on to them. Why don't hey getc on to those lying swine McCanns?

The funeral was scheduled for 3.15pm yesterday.  No reports on BBC Wales, nor Walesonline.

Interesting.

It sounds as if it went ahead - this is her father's Facebook page.

But no media reports?  Not even local news.  That's what's interesting.

Perhaps that's what the family requested.

Am I being cynical. He thanks people for coming but no photos of the "party" and no comments from "all" those that were apparently there.

According to "Wales Online" the funeral cum birthday celebration went ahead and 2-3 hundred people attended. I had understood that the father was present when the incident occurred but according to W.O. he "was working in Pembrokeshire when it the incident took place"

But was the father the one who added a lot of the detail to the original story......snapped bank card, money in drawer etc ?

From what I've read he was the source of the explanation about the snapped bank card and the subsequent need to go into the building for cash to get home. I'd automatically assumed he was inside and that during a conversation between them the car disappeared into the water. It actually takes quite a while for a car to sink completely. Poor mite. Tragic that there was nobody else around who  might have seen the car in the water before it was too late. It's haunting and downright depressing to imagine that little one's fear and suffering.
