Amazing isn't it, how many links there are to paedophilia in the world of McCann - and just how well looked after some of the people in those links are.

Flagged up on the ‘Controversy’ FB site.

Judge David Goodin at Ipswich is obviously the straw to draw if you want to get off without being sent down!

24th March 2017

Paedophile cop PC Clive Hansen, based in Canvey, walks free from court after telling judge he is 'so sorry' about child abuse stash
A PAEDOPHILE police officer has walked free from court despite downloading 1,600 indecent images of children.
Canvey-based PC Clive Hansen was caught with some of the most vile images of child sexual abuse imaginable in November last year.
Judge David Goodin, sitting at Ipswich Crown Court, referred to the Essex Policeofficer's "exemplary" conduct previously and urged him to stop looking at this type of "stuff".
Hansen, 53, of Borrowdale Close, Benfleet, had previously admitted three counts of making indecent pictures and one offence of possessing a prohibited image of a child.
He was handed a four month jail term, suspended for 12 months.
The court heard how the force received a tip off that one of their officers was downloading child abuse images.
Officers went to his home, seized a laptop and arrested him when he returned from his shift.
Michael Crimp, prosecuting, said: "He gave no comment during his first interview. Later he did describe how he had had a problem for a long time."
Hansen was caught with 17 images at category A, the most extreme abuse, 26 at category B and 1,576 at category C, as well as another prohibited image.
Hansen, representing himself, told the court he was not contesting the case and he was aware by accessing the images he was "perpetuating the abuse which is going on at the other end".
He said: "I am so ashamed of what I have done. There is no excuse. I am so sorry for everybody that has been involved in this sad situation.
"I would be so grateful if the sentence could be suspended to allow me to put right the wrongs I have done and allow me to make a contribution, the best I can, to the community.
"I fully understand the consequences of my actions, I did not at the time."
Hansen told the court he had been looking at images for about 11 months.
During his career, Hansen had been based at Rayleigh police station and took a lead in promoting Horsewatch, a scheme set up to protect animals and their owners from theft.

He has also been involved in promoting youth services to the public and stamping out antisocial behaviour.
Judge Goodin said: "In my judgement there are not very many of these category A images but here they are.
"Bearing in mind your background of exemplary character, any sentence I make I know must take that into account.
"All the indications are your remorse was real and there were particular factors that seem to have pushed you in this unhealthy direction."
Hansen was also sentenced to 80 hours unpaid work, given a sexual harm prevention order for seven years and he will be on the sex offenders' register for the same period.
Judge Goodin gave him 60 days of rehabilitation activity requirement so he can have "face to face help to deal with, and support, to ensure you are not tempted to go back to all that stuff".
Sacked without notice
POLICE chiefs moved quickly to sack a paedophile PC on the day he was spared jail.
PC Clive Hansen, based in Rayleigh, had been suspended from duties since admitting hree counts of making indecent images of children and one count of possessing a prohibited images when he appeared at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court last month.
A special case hearing, chaired by chief constable Stephen Kavanagh, was held at Chelmsford County Court at the same time as Hansen’s sentencing hearing at Ipswich Crown Court.
It found that Hansen, who was based at Canvey police station, had breached the standards of professional behaviour in the area of discreditable conduct.
He was dismissed without notice.
Speaking after the hearing, Mr Kavanagh said: "The protection of public confidence in policing is vital if we are to face the scourge of child abuse imagery and other crimes in the modern age.
"Police officers should as part of their professional duties commit to the protection of the weak and the innocent.
"Every abuse image of a child re-victimises that vulnerable individual and is abhorrent to society.
"Those in positions of power are rightly expected by the public and colleagues to adhere to appropriate standards of behaviour.
"The creation and storage of such a large number of child abuse images by someone sworn to protect the public demands a clear message that I am confident will be supported not just by senior colleagues but all colleagues in Essex Police.”

He's even had first hand experience that the lenient approach doesn't work!

He should have used that opportunity to address his interest in child sexual abuse images’.

Really??????

June 2017

Ex-medical student from Ipswich caught with 40,000 indecent images of children

A former medical student who downloaded more than 40,000 indecent images of children has been jailed for two years.

Police officers went to speak to Joseph Caddick after receiving a complaint that he had sent a man in Anglesea Road, Ipswich indecent images of children via a WhatsApp message, Ipswich Crown Court heard.

The man found the images distressing and when police officers examined his phone they found 31 indecent images that had been sent to him by Caddick, said Hugh Vass, prosecuting.

When police officers went to Caddick’s first floor flat they could hear things being thrown out of a window into a car park and when the went in they found he was growing cannabis in a tent.

Officers seized computer equipment and when it was analysed it was found to have 5,633 indecent images and movies in the most serious level A category, 11,212 level B images and movies and 31,363 images and movies at level C, which is the least serious category.

Caddick, 36, of Park Road, Ipswich, admitted three offences of making indecent images of children, distributing indecent images of children, possession of cannabis and producing cannabis.

The court heard that Caddick was given a suspended prison sentence for offences relating to child sexual abuse images in 2008.

In addition to being jailed for two years on Friday, Caddick was given a ten year sexual harm prevention order and ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for the same period.

Sentencing him, Judge David Goodin said Caddick had been given a suspended prison in 2008 for similar offences and should have used that opportunity to address his interest in child sexual abuse images

Chris Roberts
6 hrs

I have this morning complained to the Attorney General concerning the sentence handed down to the paedophile Nigel Nessling. If anyone else would like to send a similar complaint in their own words, the email address is :
uls.referrals@attorneygeneral.gsi.gov.uk

Sir,
regarding the suspended prison sentence and community service order handed down on 16th November 2017 at Ipswich Crown Court to Mr Nigel Nessling for possessing and making 40,000 child pornographic images, including 804 Category A images of the most serious kind.
I object to this sentence on the following bases.

The non custodial sentence is wholly inappropriate for his offences and other offenders of similar crimes have received considerable sentences including when also dealt with at Ipswich Crown Court.

Nigel Nessling has no conceivable mitigation for his crimes and for presiding judge David Gooding to say to Nessling that “You plainly have it in you to be a decent, responsible member of society.” is not only risible, it is grossly offensive to every other right thinking member of the society that Judge Gooding purports Nessling is fit to belong to.

He is not.

By his actions of downloading images of child pornography for many years, Nessling for his own sexual gratification, was clearly supporting an industry responsible for ruining children's lives and it is quite possible that some of those children may not have survived the sexual assault.

In not reporting the production of these images to the relevant authorities in order for the perpetrators to be themselves brought to justice, Nessling is I suggest in UK law an accessory to the crime after the fact.

To permit the ridiculously lenient sentence handed down to Nessling to stand, sends a clear message to all other paedophiles that their actions are of less import to society than burglars, casual drug users or those convicted of driving offences who commonly serve jail terms.

I ask you to review Nessling's sentence and take the appropriate action in sending a clear message to paedophiles like Nigel Nessling, that their crimes have more grave consequences than what in his case and others dealt with by Judge Gooding, merely a slap on the wrist.
Justice demands it.

Yours,
Christopher D Roberts.

I received this auto response. Please note the stated time limit for objections to the sentence.
"Thank you for contacting the Office of the Attorney General regarding the Unduly Lenient Sentence (ULS) Scheme. Your email has been received and will be reviewed in due course. For all the details about this Scheme, please visit https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-low-crown-court-sentence.
Due to the amount of correspondence we receive we are unable to provide a response to every email. However, if you or a family member are directly involved in a case and we have been informed of this, then you can expect us to email you with an update on your case.
The progress of any referrals made under the ULS Scheme can also be tracked at https://www.gov.uk/…/outcome-of-unduly-lenient-sentence-ref…. This page is updated regularly.
Please note that we have 28 days from the date of sentencing in which to consider a sentence. If a referral is received outside of that timeframe, we have no power to send a sentence to the Court of Appeal. If you have referred a sentence for an offence that is not within the ULS Scheme, we won’t be able to consider it."

I heard he had a warning from the police (or may have even been charged) regarding harassment when this all kicked off years ago and that he had vowed not to get involved again. But I think it is still bubbling under his skin.  He is supposedly shocked at his best mate 'nessy's' behaviour! If I hear more I will let you know.
