Made up of relatives and friends of people who have gone missing, and backed by Kate McCann, the choir were formed by the Missing People charity.
A child featured in the Missing People Choir’s live appeal on Britain’s Got Talent final has been found.
As the group performed in the show’s live semi-final and final, photos and names of dozens of missing people were shown above the stage.
One 13-year-old boy, who remains anonymous at the family’s request, saw his photo and is now “home safe and well”, the charity said.
Made up of relatives and friends of people who have gone missing, and backed by Kate McCann, the choir were formed by the Missing People charity.
Clare Cook, co-founder of Missing People Choir, said: “We are delighted to announce that a 13-year old missing child who we appealed for on Britain’s Got Talent during the Missing People Choir’s performance saw his appeal and called his mum.
“He is now home safe and well.”
The news comes as a significant lead was reported to the charity’s helpline in the search for Tom Moore, who has been missing for 14 years, after images of him were shown during their performances.
The group includes the sister of missing Manic Street Preachers guitarist Richey Edwards, the father of chef Claudia Lawrence, and Peter Boxell and Denise Horvath-Allan, whose children have both been missing for 28 years.
The group, who lost in the ITV competition’s grand final to pianist Tokio Myers, brought the judges to tears during their audition performance of I Miss You, a song penned by Boxell which also includes lyrics written by schoolgirl Alice Gross, who was murdered in 2014 aged 14.
Since their first audition in April, the choir have raised nearly £7,000 through their fundraising campaign, which is still open for donations.

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
So Britains got Talent is now an advert for this charity.
How convenient that they have been made to look so good by reporting the return of this teenager who remains anonymous. Are we told how long this boy has been missing, why he was missing and more to the point how has he survived? Was someone holding this boy against his will? Was the boy with an adult who was shielding him? Have arrests been made?
A likely story imo. Are we considered so gullible that we just swallow these stories and ask no questions?

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
From PeterMac:
Saw his photo . . . and rang in
So
He was safe
in someone's home
Nice and warm
Allowed to stay up and not go to bed early
Watching TV,
with a takeaway meal in front of him
Saw his own photo
THEN
Had access to a telephone
Was permitted to use it
Adults helped him with the number
And made sure he got the address details correct . . .
With a close relative ?
Perhaps
No arrests, no prosecutions
He was NOT MISSING.
The charity is a Scam

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
They seem to love that term "anonymous" don't they?
As Brooks said, "were all in this together"
McCanns
Blairs
Ernie Allen
Richard Branson
Cliff Richard
Lorraine Kelly
Fiona Phillips
Jim Gamble
Clarence Mitchell
and many other McCann supporters seem to lurk around this so called charity. They were in financial difficulty in 2006, in need of a boost, a new beginning.
I wonder just how long the McCanns have been associated with them.

Is this missing Tom? Britain’s Got Talent choir sparks new lead in hunt for man who disappeared 14 years ago after viewer says they think he's been sleeping rough in Milan
- Tom Moore disappeared in Italy in 2003 aged 31 and would now be aged 45
- A 15-year-old boy sent the family videos of a man he claimed was Tom
- Brother Ben, who has flown to Italy, said it is 'the most realistic to Tom'

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
Will these people never give up?
When are we going to see a headline that says "it is" rather than "is it?"
Surely Tom knows if its him or not, why didn't Ben just ask?
If this man has been missing since for fourteen years and he is not injured or ill, then he has gone on his own accord and doesn't want to be found. He is an adult and quite capable of getting in touch with someone if he so wished, but if he doesn't wish to do that what business is it of this so called charity? They should leave well alone.
Has he really been sleeping rough out there? If he was making a new life for himself he would have sorted that out some time ago. How long has he been supposedly sleeping rough?
What about the teenage boy, does this one have a name ? Do young boys often film vagrants? Why was he filming this man?
And Britains Got Talent is aired in Milan now is it?
Sorry BGT you'll have to do better than that, the British public are not that gullible.

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
Would someone on the forum show the photograph displayed on BGT of Tom Moore.

I went through the painful process of the Missing People Choir mush and couldn't make out any photo in particular.

That one was in the Sun. Is there a different one?
Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
Have a look at catch up telly and see if something that looks like Tom Moore who is called Thomas Moore on Missing People and see what photo actually (if any) appeared for long enough to spur a fourteen year old in Milan to send a video of a vagrant.

Good grief - what a bright kid. He identified a man from a picture of this quality shown for just a few seconds, really??

If the second in from the right is Thomas Moore then that will be the third image of him and this one will be sans facial hair!

Lol, that one looks like a younger version of a certain doctor we know. They wouldn't, would they?
Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
I feel really sorry for someone in a family who has gone to Milan (no doubt paid for by Missing People) just to promote this bogus charity.

And of course the Italians receive ITV and they just love "Britains" got talent, don't they?
A likely story but you gotta give them full marks for trying.

There was a comment in the DM article today that said there is an Italian television programme all about missing people.sharonl wrote:aquila wrote:I feel really sorry for someone in a family who has gone to Milan (no doubt paid for by Missing People) just to promote this bogus charity.

There may well be. This so called charity has connections around the world, but ITV & BGT?
Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
This charity has rendered the national treasure that was the Missing Persons Bureau to an organization seeking to match vagrant corpses with loved ones, has consumed Missing Abroad which was asked to remove photographs of Madeleine McCann and has esconced itself with just about every authority on the cheap.sharonl wrote:aquila wrote:There was a comment in the DM article today that said there is an Italian television programme all about missing people.sharonl wrote:aquila wrote:I feel really sorry for someone in a family who has gone to Milan (no doubt paid for by Missing People) just to promote this bogus charity.

Re: Missing child found after choir's Britain's Got Talent performance
Is it likely that the UK media will follow up on what seems to be at face value a press release from either BGT or Missing People to tell the public whether or not Thomas Moore was found alive and well, living in Italy as a vagrant and has been recovered by his family?

Boy, 12, who was reported missing has been found safe and well
Police said Mehki Richards-Buckle has been found safe and well
-----------------------------------
And NOT a CRA or Missing People/BGT 'input' anywhere in 'sight'!
How did they possibly 'find' Mehki WITHOUT 'them'!

Tom must has some idea where his family is, he should be able to trace them quite easily if he wanted to. On the other hand, if he is alive and well, he has no intention of tracing them and doesn't want to be found. If that is his will, this charity needs to leave him well alone.
The chances of the media reporting that he has been found alive and well, living as a vagrant in Italy, are very slim as there is obviously little truth in this farce.
