Senior Research and Impact Manager
Responsible for leading the charity’s impact measurement and research work to improve the support available to missing people and their families
Salary £35,000 per annum
Fundraising and Communications Assistant
You will be a confident, meticulously organised, process driven team player with a ‘make it happen’ approach to delivering multiple tasks concurrently. This important new role offers a wide ranging experience in a friendly, award-winning, high-performing fundraising and communications department.
Salary £19,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Reception and Volunteer Officer (Perm)
This is a busy and varied role where you will use your excellent communication and inter-personal skills to provide a welcoming front-of- house for all volunteers, staff and visitors. You will also play a key part in the Volunteering Team providing administrative support to help us continue to be an engaging and enjoyable place to volunteer. You will be a confident, meticulously organised, process driven team player with a ‘make it happen’ approach to delivering multiple tasks concurrently. This important new role offers a wide ranging experience in a friendly, award-winning, high-performing fundraising and communications department.
Salary £19,000- £21,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Return Home Interview Worker – Surrey
This is an opportunity to join an exciting and growing area of work for the charity. The Return Home Interview (RHI) Worker will support children and young people who have been missing to talk through their experiences of being missing or running away. You will have experience of supporting vulnerable young people and have sound knowledge of the issues effecting young people who are at risk of or experiencing running away and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
The Worker will contact and build rapport with children quickly, offering them a safe space to talk about why they went missing, what happened while they were away and any remaining concerns they have. Using excellent communication skills the Worker will assess risk, share information with police & children’s services (within appropriate boundaries), make onward referrals for young people and keep accurate records of the service delivered.
Salary £21,000 per annum
So a total of £ 95,000 on offer, (or ten bike rides !) but not ONE actually looking for anybody
The only one who soils her hands by meeting missing people, only does so once they have come home !

Its a charity, I am sure that Tony Bennett, Petermac, Richard Hall and a few others wouldn't mind offering their services in the research department.
Maybe Kevin Halligen could assist with the fundraising.
Paul Daniels would have made a great ambassador - he knew how to make people disappear too

Haven't they already got him? Didn't he join as spokesman the same time as Jim Gamble?
Anyway, don't knock it, the wages are good. In Fact, wages are their biggest expense.
