Only one thing wrong with the theory that her brother killed her. He was nine years old. She had been raped! Please correct me if that is wrong but I am sure that is what the forensics showed.

No she hadn't been raped.

Abused yes, with an object that left a splinter and was a coated material, probably the paint brush - at the time of the murder certainly, and some evidence for previous.

Raped no.

The older brother of JonBenét Ramsey is suing the US television network CBS and others for $750m (£610m), saying his reputation was ruined after a television series concluded he killed his six-year-old sister two decades ago.

He said something in the CBS documentary that people didn't know.

He was up and about downstairs that night playing with toys after everyone else was in bed - that's what he said!

Like... what????

He also said "maybe" he was eating pineapple with JonBennet as well.

He has himself to blame.

I've been reading a lot about this case lately and I tend to agree with you about Burke. I didn't realise how much in common this case had with the McCanns, the closing of ranks, lawyering up controlling the narrative in the press.
