Coincidence or what?

I could not notice the date of 28 October 2015 and Two coincidences?
(1) Gofundme Goncalo Amaral closes the fund as it has enough funds for now!
(2) Scaling down of Operation Grange police officers from 37 down to Four!
Or is this just another explainable coincidence, just as the SY officers arriving in Portugal at specific times on Mr Goncalo Amarals appeal?
