Radio 5 Live broadcast a special programme on his election this morning, well-balanced, and callers were overwhelmingly supportive of him.
I hope he wants the UK out of the EU.
So do I.  Apparently he does but some of his cabinet don`t.

He also wants rid of Trident but Tom Watson doesn`t.

To choose MPs for his cabinet that have differing views is good IMO - it shows he`s a listener.

It is quite clear the UK has/is split into different factions by a class system and this process was abused by the Conservative government for decades in their own agendas, Poll Tax, destruction of heavy industries, where Trident was positioned and nuclear power plants, note how they were not anywhere near leafy suburbs close to London?
Take a look at fracking and what parts of the UK have been designated?
The recent water treatment needed in Preston Area, could this be part of the fracking for Gas,fracturing the geology of the land using a mass amount of water in that process, needed to purify the excess water suitable for drinking?
Take a close look at the map of UK and who stands in the seats that were won, SNP, Scotland, most of the North of England and Wales, Labour, South, Ireland has it's own Parliament structure, East and West of England, Conservative.
Then look at how much money is used to fund these parts of UK/ all of Britain and look at the disparity gap between North and South of the country?
Look at the Railway system and the allocation of funding, versus North and South, plus the housing problem in the country?
One final point, if refugees are to be taken into the UK, where do you think Dodgy Dave will select which part of the UK they will reside to, North or South, near Chipping Norton, eh Dave in the UK?

Cameron and the rest of his Eton educated twits haven't got a clue what life is like for the rest of us. I cannot bear to see his smug face on the TV and off it goes the minute those hamster cheeks appear. Corbyn is a breath of fresh air...........................................rather like Nigel Farage. Politicians who genuinely want to make a difference . Let's hope the political scene is changing and government is more about meeting  the electorate's demands  since I for one am  sick of the government not listening to us.

Why should a republican and an atheist sing the national anthem?

He has principles.

I wouldn't sing it either.

The Royal family are parasites.

I'd rather have a President Jefferson than a Henry VIII if you want to play that game.

One is accountable to the people on a regular basis.

Agreed.

It was the charming character Nicholas Soames (he who slagged off Diana) who made the pronouncement about Jeremy Corbyn not singing the anthem (and who the press quickly parroted). Nicholas Soames who is one of the biggest pr*ts in the establishment in many an opinion.  Makes me laugh how Jeremy Corbyn has got them all so panicky.

Why should ANYONE have to sing the anthem - its getting like North Korea in this country.  You will honour and obey who we tell you to.  You will not think for yourself and form your own opinions. You will sing when we tell you to, you will salute when we tell you to.  Poor Jeremy, they will be watching him and putting every action he makes under the microscope and blowing it up out of all proportion, to the point where it`s laughable.

I don't think the establishment are running scared at all. He wouldn't be in the post if he wasn't what they wanted.

As to the national anthem - I myself refuse to sing it so I'll justify anyone's right not to sing it. That said, he's leader of the opposition and one day presumably hopes to be forming HER MAJESTY'S Government. Allegiance to the old parasite is kind of integral to the whole business he's in. By not singing it he's been incredibly naive as are the people defending him for not singing it.

Liberal Lord (pah) David Steel had a letter in The Times today saying how Corbyn is good for reviving the Liberal Democrats.

There's me, having thought that lying scumbag Nick Clegg had single-handedly shot the Lib-Dems dead.

Silly me.

It seems that they are now trying to get back to the old divide the socialists trick.

Politics.

What a game.

I get it now!! All those times I've seen Wayne Rooney with lips closed during the anthem before the big matches was because he was an atheist or a republican . Here's me thinking he was just too thick to remember the words.

I wonder if he could be persuaded to sing verse 6. Strangely apposite in view of the role of the SNP in Labour's crushing defeat . . .

6. Lord grant that Marshal Wade
May by thy mighty aid
Victory bring.
May he sedition hush,
And like a torrent rush,
Rebellious Scots to crush.
God save the Queen!
