S**m to challenge plebgate case-Breach of human rights of the reporters-Scotland Yard

Well, Well, who would have thought it,this newspaper and it's proprietor were found Guilty of Hacking Phones and now they have the Gall to challenge the Police have contravened their Human rights, due to the fact they were journalists and have exemption to reveal their sources on stories obtained therein?
It doe's sit nicely with the recent headlines of HRH and a certain wave?
This week a former Home Secretary may be appearing in court as part of a case of,"Perverting the Court of Justice"where bye a person named the former party had abused him, after a long Police investigation, no charges were brought against the former Home Secretary, but the Police have decided to Prosecute the Accuser?
Call me cynical but you would not bet on the accuser walking free from the Court a hero!?
The first line of defence of false accusations made against innocent Echelons in society, protection of the establishment, Ma Lord!?
What is more galling is that good old Rupert has purported in his rag that Europe should not be able to have control over our Laws and Lawmakers, yet here he is using the same convention for his own use, "Pot calling the Kettle Black"?

Perhaps Rupert you would care to mention the private investigators that may have paid informants for stories belonging to her Majesties Police force, Daniel Morgan killing 10 March 1987?

Next we'll have the Murdoch 'empire' (incl Sky) banging on about 'an individual's' 'right' to human rights.

Except, of course, if your name was Brenda L.!

S**m to challenge plebgate case-Breach of human rights of the reporters-Scotland Yard

Hi Jeanmonroe,
very well put of Human rights, because Martin **t and Sky have hid behind the non disclosure of their dossier report of who handed it to them, who had a voice that needed to be disguised, related to a certain arquido couple?
Sir Bernard Hogan Howe knows more than he is prepared to disclose to the public, Operation( Abduction cover up)Grange Remit, drawn up by SIO Hamish Campbell and instituted by DCI Andy Redwood who passed the very Hot potato to DCI Nichola Wall, who has remained rather quiet than her predecessors!?

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
