Things McCann's say to explain or retro-fit anything that "might or might not be found"

Post by Google.Gaspar.Statements on 07.04.15 12:03

I've just seen this on facebook posted by Francis Gallagher and thought it would make for a good thread here:

Frances Gallagher‎ Madeleine McCann: Abduction or Scam?
1 hr ·

I don't think the McCanns say things 'nonchalantly' or in passing . Their comments, in my opinion, are to explain or retro-fit anything that 'might or might not be found' . Copyright Clarence!

Examples have been

The bead in Maddie's hair which was carefully removed.

Monsoon top and Gap shorts.

New Zealand wine

Stain on Maddie's pyjamas

The crying incident.

Mummy ''this was the best day ever''

the FIVE ice creams bought at the beach

Sleeping in the children's bedroom because of a tiff with Gerry

Buying the sunglasses for Gerry on an overcast day

Dog nipping Kate's ankle when jogging

No buggy so Millennium too far to walk

New pink runners

Taking cuddle cat to work

Maddie reading Harry Potter books.

Maddie lied to be known as Madeleine

Kate became Mrs McCann after the abduction

Rotting meat and dirty nappies

Mosqitoes ..

I COULD GO ON.

The engagement ring.

That one always has me wondering.

The coloboma which was a huge marketing ploy, against police advice, but then later became a hardly-visible 'fleck'.

And most recently - the McCann's dumping £1million of 'their own money'  Wink  into the Fund just prior to verdict in Libel Trial.

Wondering if Madeleine might be upset as she was not present at the Paraiso restaurant.

McS explaining, retrofitting, 'blood' found in their holiday apartment.

BOTH McCanns:  'HUH! Easy Peasy! Maddie had a nosebleed, innit? Nah, nah, nah, nah, NAH"

Cops: "It wasn't Maddie's blood, it was from some guy who cut himself shaving, in the apartment, before you took it"

McCanns: "Bugger, bugger, BUGGER!"

GM to KM: "WTF did you tell me to say that for? It wasn't even Maddie's blood they 'found'!"

GM: "I'm off out to see that gorgeous aerobics instructor!"

KM: "Fu*k off, Tiny Tears! Her 'luvverly jubblies' are just TOO fu*king BIG!"

GM: "Not what Matt, Russ, Dave and Jez say, izzit? Go have a bath AND a shower. Laters, Hotlips"

She was nearly perfect.

She loved the Pussycat Dolls and Dr. Who.

She collected tennis balls with the children from her group.

She had a brown birthmark on her leg.

They'd never been to Portugal as a family before.

They'd only just come back from Donegal at Easter.

They'd never given their children anything stronger than fever/pain relief meds.

Madeleine ate pasta (I think it was) for her last dinner.

Madeleine was in the habit of drinking tea.

Sean loves sea bass.

The grandmothers were sent home quickly.

Washing out a tea stain from pyjamas.

A tea stain. On holiday would that be something you'd need to do?

It's a tea stain right? it dried right?

On the other hand, a dried blood stain when treated with hydrogen peroxide can sometimes replicate a tea stain.

Jon Corner's video of Kate was meticulous to show her hanging out washing in their new villa.

GM having his wallet stolen in London... and then having it returned intact via some friends (albeit minus the sterling).

IIRC... I don't think GM ever said what was in his wallet when it was stolen... but something like 10days later he said in his blog he'd had it returned, (was it via a friend from Amsterdam?), with everything in it, including his cards and euros, with only the £GBPs missing.

The story of no credit cards was so silly to the point of taking the pee.

Interesting fact: My SIL served KM in the shop she works at in 2008 IIRC and guess how she paid?

I don't suppose your sister-in-law noticed whether the name on the card was Healy or McCann?

The whole business over Kate's surnames has always made me wonder.

The one and only toothbrush between them all.

Apparently, no meds whatsoever, no creams, ointments, painkillers nothing.

... the deletions of call history and SMS from G's & K's mobile phones.

Particularly the deletion of the uncharacteristic flurry of six calls made by K between 22:16 and 22:27 on the night of the 1st May.  Oddly enough that was the night that (i) The attractive Miss Chekeya joined the Tapas table, possibly invited to by Gerry, (ii) Mrs Fenn reported hearing 75mins of crying coming from Apt 5a, (was it Madeleine crying or Kate??), & (iii) The night before the first night of their marriage that K slept apart from G.

Hmm...here is where CM's statement "there's an innocent explanation for everything" comes in handy.  What about she didn't have it then, but she got it post the incident?

I think it's a forum myth that they didn't have credit cards.  Rather the fact seems to be that the Home Office blocked the release of info.

Almost certainly.

Which is why I said that was an early indication of what the PJ were up against.

(Re: Previous posts about Credit Cards)
Agreed, it's a myth they didn't have them. However, my point was the incident of the stolen wallet finding its way back to G via a friend always struck me as strange and potentially an 'incident' one might dream up for a reason, (e.g. I recall using a similar story once to a (now Ex) wife to proactively cover my tracks for some now long-forgotten indiscretion!!).

Strange things

Post by G-Unit on 20.04.15 7:37

Kate McCann made no mention of going to the open window until after her fingerprints were found on it.

Gerald McCann had this to say on 10th May after he saw the route taken by the Portuguese sniffer dogs;

That, between Monday and Wednesday, not knowing the precise date, when they left the residence by the main door, to place the children in the respective creches, MADELEINE left[went] running to the left to the extreme opposite of the residential blocks where they were lodged, playing with the twins. That they had gone down to the furthest point away from those blocks, not knowing exactly how, the three children got into the gardens at the rear [of the blocks]. Then they followed the inside corridor [pathway] at the rear, next to the hedges[fences] up to the street that led to the secondary reception.
