From calendar news which is yorkshire, humberside and Lincolnshire's regional news.... Following a recent tv appeal on one of Greece's top programmes an ex criminal has come forward naming a gypsy family he said he met a member of the family in prison and he was told that the gypsy family were in Kos selling fruit when they came across Ben and abducted him.

He was told they smuggled Ben away from Kos by hiding him under boxes of fruit.

Can't say I believe it myself but it would be great if true and they could locate Ben

Not one whit more believable than a tipsy gypsy telling now-dead paedophile Raymond Hewlett that he had organised Madeleine's abduction for a wealthy North African family, and his long-estranged son Wayne getting a death-bed letter from his Dad - delivered all the way form Germany by a 'mystery man' - telling him all this...and then Wayne burning the letter and then 'phoning the Sun to tell them all about it.

No gypsy fruit-sellers were in the area that day, and even if they were, in order for them to grab him, Ben would have had to walk down a rocky lane on his own down in the intense eastern Mediterranean July heat to the nearest main road.

The most believable scenario IMO is that Ben's uncle Stephen took Ben with him as he rode off on his motor-bike that afternoon

Dr Martin Roberts: "The evidence is that these are the pjyamas Madeleine wore on holiday in Praia da Luz. They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".

Let me guess.

Tomorrows news will state these gypsies  were on holiday in PDL in May 2007.  Or is that the media have suddenly realised that  these McCann stories are a complete waste of time and turned their attention to profiting from another missing child.
