Confused over statement times
Hi,have been lurking and reading lots of posts over the months and i too have my suspicions over the so called official version of events,i have been reading some of the witness statements and am confused as to the times that have been written down.In her first statement km says she checked on the
children at 22.00.

At around 10pm, the interviewee went to check on the children. She went into the apartment by the side door, which was closed but not locked, as she said before. She noticed that the door to her children's bedroom was completely open, the window was also open, the shutters raised and the curtains open, while she was certain of having closed them all as she always did.
And here there are statements suggesting various people where aware of the incident a lot earlier

At 21H20, Executive Chef A. E. G. F. P. heard some clamour, which made him leave toward the restaurant, a few meters away, and was then informed that a child had disappeared.
At around 21:40, he left the restaurant passing through the same esplanade where moments before, he had seen the same table occupied by the three couples, empty, who had left in the meanwhile various items, principally clothing. He was told by his colleagues that the child who had disappeared was a child of one of those couples;
Property manager B. J. J. W. heard about the news being investigated on the evening of 3rd May at about 21.30 - 21.40 from P.B., a Dutchman and owner of the Atlantico restaurant
Maybe i have got something wrong here but if anyone can shed some light on it, it would be much appreciated.

You haven't got anything wrong, except that yo are trying to make it make sense and hang together.
It doesn't. Any of it.
Even Kate and Gerry do not agree what happened, or even agree with themselves on what they did or saw.
Have a look at the new Time Line thread which is looking at exactly this point.
And of course IF the witness statement timings are right then the Tapas group have to explain how they can cram all those visits into 35 minutes instead of an hour, which really is even more impossible - if you are allowed to way that.
