Brooks Newmark

Post by Woofer on 01.10.14 17:07

I`ve just been listening to Louise Mench on R4 saying that the Editor of the Sunday Mirror should resign.  Yes, she did say it was right that BN resigned by her vitriol was aimed directly at the Sunday Mirror for exposing this man. What ever has become of our society?  Here we have an MP sending pictures of his willy to what he thought was a young lady and the people that caught him out are being castigated.  BN has a very dodgy reputation anyway and it was about time he was caught.

For those who don`t know the story :-

IPSO is supposed to be the new independent regulator for the newspaper industry.

Whatever else Brooks Newmark is he is a prize prat!  What a twerp! (aside from all the nastier things that may rightly be said about him). Why do people take compromising pictures of themselves anyway, let alone put them online.

On `This Week` last night - apparently consensus of opinion that it`s ok to text nude pictures of oneself and engage in the `anything goes` philosophy of life.  Included in this is a website where you can make contact with people in your area who want sex and you can just pop round and oblige.  According to the woman in this clip "everyone`s doing it"  big grin

Check it out from 34.:40 mins :-

I saw that interview last night and to say that everybody (young people that is) is posting nude photos on line is ridiculous.

I agree with your first post Woofer, sending such disgraceful pic. of himself to what he thought was a young lady and people are criticsing the journalist.   I thought Louise Mench had gone to live in USA, who cares what she thinks anyway.

I really do wish someone with some guts who will pull this country back up to where it belongs and not down in the gutter  would come along, but it seems to be a case of birds of a feather as far as I can see.

What made me laugh is the `everybody`s doing it` - I must ask my kids if they and their wives are doing it too.  It didn`t surprise me that Michael Portillo seems all for it, he`s got a very shady past, but even Tom Watson didn`t seem to raise an eyebrow.

Yes agree about Louise Mench, she makes my blood boil.

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
