OG need a way out now, so a media suggestion of 'Too many cooks' is a great compromise to satisfy the Portuguese and give enough reason to shut down the investigation with no real conclusion

If, IF, this is indeed a 'strategy' to 'neutralise' MORE investigation, the elite MET police at OG, will NOT be 'questioning' ANY further 'suspects' they have indentified, will they? There'd be no point!

And that would leave the poor McCanns having to return for libel 'final' without a BMPEF ( British Metropolitan Police Expeditionary Force) being in 'place', in Portugal, days in advance of any court 'attendance' by their 'clients', the McCanns.

What if.....

What if....OG has stuck to its remit, that is to say they have investigated the abduction, as if it had happened in the UK.

What if.. The final report of OG says they have investigated the abduction to ultimate, they actually have left no stone unturned.

What if.. The report says there is no findable evidence to support the abduction proposition. The end.

So that only leaves the investigation of the non-abduction theory does it not. Not the remit of Grange, but maybe other partners, such the PJ, are already somewhere down the road.
