we all have our own theories as to what happened..... suppose the potential "fraud" was the thing they were trying to cover up?  The fact that millions go missing and these charities rake in bundles for effectively doing nothing??   More thinking out loud and not discounting our thoughts to date eg child "interference" All my own thoughts nothing suggested as fact.

A LOT of people have made a lot of money out of Madeleine's 'disappearance'!

What are the white circles on this man's eyes for?
I'm compelled to further my observation of this entry on Missing Kids website because there are only 133 entries of missing kids - apparently a child is reported missing every three minutes according to this charity so I can only surmise the 133 children on this website (which includes Madeleine) are of great importance. What happened to this child's entry?

The £20,000 that was 'raised' by Missing People, at Clapham Common, 2014, with McCanns prominately displayed, (did ANYONE else actually take part? from the photos, you'd think NOT winkwink ) 'fun run' would pay just a THIRD of the 'salary' of the CEO at Missing People 'charidy'

The Missing People CEO who 'donated', (£10?) to the McCanns 'just giving' Missing People charidy page, who then promptly 'got it back', as a 'donation' from the McCanns, to Missing People, and, imo, used that 'donation' to help pay towards, her 'salary'

"what goes around, comes around" springs to mind.

Especially, Missing People 'donations', imo!

What's that saying.......?

"ALL IN IT...TOGETHER'!

Missing People... Missing spellcheck...

Post by missbeetle on 05.11.14 5:28

(snipped from bhs.co.uk)

'Alifline'

'confidental'

'oppurtunity'

Having mistakes like this on the website of one of their big commercial supporters doesn't inspire my confidence in Missing People.

"to search for the 250,000 people that go 'missing' every year"?

On GMB, Monday 3rd November, 2014, the 'total' was UP to '306,000 people that go 'missing' every year'!

Box fresh...?

What's with the unironed shirt?

(it makes him look bosomly)

Does Hugh not have much respect for the charity Missing People either?

Huge Ego...?

Post by missbeetle on 05.11.14 22:33

Fair call, though, Rose Quartz...

I hadn't taken much notice of Hugh Grant viz the McCanns before today (if only he'd ironed that shirt) -

I've never fancied him and the only film I can think of with him in it is 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'.

On checking him out, I found this priceless picture of him posing for (w) Hacked Off -

- in front of the Houses of Parliament - blue shirt, steely stare, wodges of bronzer...

...and a kiss curl on the forehead!

(what's with the small black microphone speaker clipped to his collar?)

(snipped from adelaidenow.com.au, with thanks)

Possible inspiration for this look...?

(picture snipped from ohbloodyhell8.com)

Hugh Grant's an odd fellow...

...oh good Lord - I've just remembered that he used to go out with Jemima Khan!

(and there was peculiar Liz Hurley before that)

...can't be much fun getting wheeled out for charity dinners...

(not worth ironing your shirt for)

with glum but glam Gerry McCann.

My opinion only.

Someone posted his police pic.on the forum somewhere and he certainly didn't look like Superman then IMO.

I certainly wouldn't want to be  associated with someone who had been in the press with this sort of headline:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/1471976/Hugh-Grant-on-prostitute-charge.html

but there again, as we have been told time and again, we are all different.

Ageless Gerry...

I thought I'd seen that creepy pastel pink tie of Gerald's before...!

Same shirt and tie nearly five years previously :

(snipped from the Daily Mail, 28th January 2010)

The whole ordeal of his eldest daughter Madeleine's missingness doesn't seem to have touched the man.

My opinion only.

Hmmm...what is all this about. I actually thought Hugh Grant was okay. But this professed 'support' for the McCanns just makes him look like a complete idiot. Why is he doing this?

Isn't it ironic that none of the Tapas crowd including the McCAnns used their mobile phones to phone the police on the evening that Madeleine was, according to them all "abducted".

Amazing.

This has to be some kind of 'wind up'/counter attack, surely??

Ugh. They are utterly replusive, IMO.

I just think it is the most desperate state of affairs that these two narcissists/psychopaths, imo, have been given so much power.

What the HELL has been going on? (They are also, imo, so STUPID.)

puke

Found at Missing People...

Post by missbeetle on 17.11.14 5:33

From the Missing People website :

"Happended"...?

No sign on this site of our three-children-in-15-months phone app promoter Hugh Grant...

Can't be on account of his unironed shirt on launch night - as look who the cat's dragged in :

Old Rob-a-job-Bob. Here's a quote from him :

(signed Sir Bob Geldof)

(above snipped from missingpeople.org.uk)

Hughie (uninroned shirt) and Kate (miserable) are both featured on the website of this company, Group Call.

Here's one of Sir Bob himself (a founding partner in the business) getting wondered at by schoolgirls whilst looking wasted :

(snipped from groupcall.com)

Group Call seems to be quite an operation.

I wonder if there's been much take-up on the Child Rescue Alert?

My thoughts only.

I agree

Some work was done on this Charity, it's associated Charities PACT and NEMEC and the people who run them, some time ago and there is a number of threads on the forum which perhaps can now be merged.

Here a few to start with

More later - including a more detailed research

Re: The McCanns and Missing People...

Is anyone able to answer this question?

Should little Maddie, one day be found alive and well after having lived with a childless couple for so long, have the Board of Missing People charity ever asked whether Maddie would be returned to her parents or would she remain a Ward of Court?

Have Mr. & Mrs. ever been asked this question whilst parking their backsides on the famous sofa?   If not, why not?

What's missing...?

Post by missbeetle on 17.11.14 8:47

Cheers for those links, SharonL.

I am finding this Missing People charity really rather odd.

Snipped from their website :

One in four desperate calls go unanswered...? That doesn't sound good at all.

Not sure who these red-beribboned characters are above... (the picture isn't credited) -

- if it wasn't for the guy with the adam's apple in the top right hand corner -

I'd be wondering if this was some sort of Miss Missing pageant.

Perhaps it is some in-house awards ceremony?

Missing People have won a few awards themselves :

I will also mention that the word 'bespoke' is found more than once on their website...

...that word makes me roll my eyes. It's up there with 'iconic' and 'sustainable'.

My opinion only.
