The fans were told 10 years ago to go home and never come back, but now 10 years later, 3 of them have been made arguidos.

As one of the fans has asked - WHY NOW.

Why now indeed.

The story is developing.
It seems they received proper notification a long time ago, but ignored it
on legal advice and because it was in Portuguese

I watched some of it live today on Sky.   Claiming Pt. Police brutality.   They were just walking back to their hotel when the police pounced on them and started hitting them with batons they say.

10 years and they may go back,  Is it possible that after 7 years some others may have to go back????
