The company registration number is 7453333 according to its own website: http://www.exclusivepix.co.uk/photo-agency-contact-us

However, the company Exclusive Pix was dissolved on 17th July 2012.

"About Exclusive Pix Limited

Exclusive Pix Limited was founded on 29 Nov 2010 and has its registered office in Basildon. The organisation's status is listed as "Dissolved" and it had one director directors at the time it closed. Its founding director was Mr Nicholas York. Exclusive Pix Limited does not have any subsidiaries. "

You beat me to asking about the registration of this company....So now we have a dissolved company with exclusive rights to taking pics of our MetBoys. Wondered if this company had been set up exclusively for themselves?....Isn't it fraudulent to trade under somebody else's name even if it is dissolved - this could lead to some misinterpretation. And are they selling these pics to the media? Would be interesting to find out where the money is going if so......fund/back to the government....prob not? So we need to know when this new company was set up and registered....? All feels a little familiar - like the old boys detective club hired by the MCs.

Or perhaps the reason for this little photo album.....Andy's memoirs, or his bosses, later down the road....?

Exclusivepix Limited (Basildon) was incorporated on 29/11/2010 and dissolved on 17/07/2012 Sole director was Mr Nicholas York - no accounts were filed

Exclusivepix was formed 2 years ago By Nick York.  Apart from his Linkedin account where he refers to a "Company" named Exclusive(space) Pix, there is no indication that this is an incorporated company

Very interesting that this photo agency doesn't exist anymore. Nothing is ever normal with this case...

Don't know if it tells us anything, but looking at the recent BBC articles and they don't appear to have used these ExclusivePix Pictures. Just the tabloids it seems. thinking

The helicopter above Luz was an Allouette III, it can carry a pilot and six passengers but normally 2 crew and up to 5 passengers

I stand corrected. It's the II that carries four passengers. I failed to identify the helicopter as a III.

Has this photo been Mcphotoshopped...

Like PM said, it's a bit bizarre.

The guy with the camera next to Redwood. Where are his legs, feet. Doesn't look like there is any room to walk next to Redwood there otherwise he would be walking in the bushes.

The woman at the back. Again no legs, feet...

The guy in the middle. White shirt, pink tie. He doesn't look like he is walking... Both feet almost together... No strides like the others..

Redwood's legs look a bit awkward too..

(They must have cut an impressive sight around the baggage carousel - all suited and booted, wearing sunglasses, and with all those black suitcases and carriers being hauled off the carousel. Unless they travelled in one of the Met's private jets - or borrowed Brian Kennedy's)

Redwoods right leg appears to be behind the fencing, the bottom part of his trousers seem odd, slightly raised. At first it looked like he had walked into a branch near his foot, but it may be just a shadow.

Depending on passenger capacity of chopper, some models can accommodate more, up to max of 40 passengers.

I'd would imagine for cost reason the one of the size  that you described was used.

Then carefully selected persons got to go, and the rest not.

ETA : seen the reply after posting, so moot point.

THREE cameramen..?

The guy with the shorts. Could he be a cameraman also. God know's what he's carrying though while he's bending down staring at Redwoods behind..

I think he was probably a bit miffed that the bald tec with the blue tie had suddenly gone into the lead - and so was trying to glide past him on the blind side and regain the lead before 'The Man from ExclusivePix' snapped them all

LOL so much for keeping this out of the media, Nick York is well and truly linked to all the media. Who hired him?

Watching the detectives

Post by Trainer on 10.05.14 11:01

If you wanted to keep a watchful eye on the boys from the yard why not hire a "pap" ?
No one gives them a second thought when they go snapping away , if the pictures are really worth money would there not be more of them on the ground? What we see on the web will be a very small proportion of what has been taken, no need to breach secrecy the pap on the ground only need to be told to cover all search areas.
All IMHO of course

Oh god. Not more photoshopping! Looking at the foreground of the picture along the bottom you can see a border fence just like the one on the bush next to Andy, which seems to be 1-1.5ft high.

It all looks very odd.

I don't think it's been photoshopped at all.

Possibly the two people with cameras are local Portuguese photographers. The tec who looks to be standing still was probably mid-pace. Someone at the back is almost totally obscured by two others, and so on. It's a picture of 8 people, 5 or 6 tecs and 2 or 3 others.

Back to Nick York and ExclusivePix:

1. Nick York lives in Little Burstead, Essex, a very nice, well-off, rather scattered little village not far from Billericay

2. His 'ExclusivePix' appears to be a one-man band, using photographers based all over the place

3. I wonder if he wound up the old ExclusivePix company for some reason (company debts?) and has set up another one in a similar name? Or maybe he bought the name from the previous owners of it - I do not know about such company law issues

4. There is a photo of him on his LinkedIn page

5. On the 'About Us' page of 'ExclusivePix', it says:

QUOTE

UNQUOTE

The bit in red above is probably why Redwood and the Met use them. These images do not help one jot to solve a crime

It is nice to see that Andy’s ‘action file’ has slimmed down from the three or so volumes he was clutching last time he posed for the photoshoot.

Maybe he’s been able to eliminate a few of the 500 or so he was reportedly investigating before.
