HE led a 'fund raising' event where all money raised went directly to the McCann's private company!
I've mentioned this before. Can we now please once and for all put this one to bed?
There are a couple of articles in June 2007, that BHH was going to lead the release of 1,000 balloons for Madeleine.
The rest is silence ... Only follow-up articles I found a day later, was that Healys were present at the release of one hundred balloons. And not a word about money raised BTW.

Maybe he was there as undecover, if he really showed up.Châtelaine wrote:***jeanmonroe wrote:

Wasn't the release in Liverpool and doesn't BHH work in London?

- I'm convinced that he would have been front page instead of or together with Healys, if he was there indeed.
- No, he wasn't in London yet at the time.

Is there any evidence that BHH was there with or without any balloons?
Would he risk his carrière even after the opinion of the Leidseshire police?

Really?
The balloons will cost a pound to sponsor and ALL money WILL GO TO the Madeleine appeal 'fund'. (McCanns PRIVATE company)
The Chief Constable of Merseyside Police - Bernard Hogan Howe will lead the release of balloons on the highest point of Liverpool inner city on Mossley Hill Field at 1400 BST.

Oh dear, there were to be a THOUSAND balloons launched, weren;t there?
But only one HUNDRED actually made it into orbit?
Seems like the good people of Liverpool weren't even 'fooled' at that early stage!

jeanmonroe, where did you see that?
Observe that it is written "will lead" future tense.
Is there any proof?
Do you remember a tabloid "Kate McCann to meet Prince Charles"?

All i got.
Is it beyond comprehension that all other 'links' to this story may have been 'whooshed'?
"will lead" sounds pretty DEFINITE to me.
Was 'reported' in Liverpool Echo but no longer 'available'
I'm going to trawl my disks to try to find something, anything, about this.
I would definitely have 'saved it' at the time
Good 'hunting' me then!

Think they were both at the memorial for Jimmy Mizzen at Westminster Cathedral 2010 ? Dont think their paths crossed or we would have seen the photo shoot.marconi wrote:jeanmonroe, where did you see that?
