Police chief in charge of online abuse team faces bullying claims

The specialist police unit which deals with online paedophiles and advises children on cyberbullying was in turmoil last night after its chief officer was revealed to be under investigation over complaints about ill-treatment of staff.
The allegations against Peter Davies, chief executive of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop), have been the subject of a secretive inquiry by a former chief constable.
The investigation was led by Colin Port, former chief of Avon & Somerset, and one of the country’s most experienced detectives.
It is understood that a number of staff at Ceop, which is based in London,
