Good find Cherry.

The poisonous tentacles of Common Purpose reach everywhere. Not just here in the UK, where they are based, but they also operate in France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Netherlands, South Africa, Sweden and Turkey. This semi-secret  ‘educational charity’ don’t like people, such as you or I, talking about them though. ‘Nothing to hide, nothing to fear’, is the mantra we keep hearing from the government, so I wonder what Common Purpose have to hide then.

Disgusting as well that CP is a charity!

Common Purpose (CP) – a hidden virus in our government and schools

Although it has 80,000 trainees in 36 cities, 18,000 graduate members and enormous power, Common Purpose is largely unknown to the general public.
It recruits and trains "leaders" to be loyal to the directives of Common Purpose and the EU, instead of to their own departments, which they then undermine or subvert, the NHS being an example.
Common Purpose is identifying leaders in all levels of our government to assume power when our nation is replaced by the European Union, in what they call “the post democratic society.” They are learning to rule without regard to democracy, and will bring the EU police state home to every one of us.
Common Purpose is also the glue that enables fraud to be committed across these government departments to reward pro European local politicians.   Corrupt deals are enabled that put property or cash into their pockets by embezzling public assets.
It has members in the NHS, BBC, the police, the legal profession, the church, many of Britain’s 7,000 quangos, local councils, the Civil Service, government ministries, Parliament, and it controls many RDA's (Regional Development Agencies).
Cressida Dick is the Common Purpose senior police officer who authorised the "Shoot to kill" policy without reference to Parliament, the law or the British Constitution. Jean de Menezes was one of the innocents who died as a result. Her shoot to kill policy still stands today.
Common Purpose trained Janet Paraskeva, the Law Society's Chief Executive Officer. Surprising numbers of lawyers are CP members. It is no coincidence that justice is more expensive, more flawed and more corrupt.  And no surprise the courts refused to uphold the law, when a challenge was made to the signing of the six EU treaties, which illegally abolish Britain's sovereignty.
Common Purpose is backed by John Prescott's "Office of the Deputy Prime Minister" (ODPM), and its notional Chief Executive is Julia Middleton. The Head of the Civil Service Commission is a member
It is close to controlling Plymouth City Council, where is has subverted the democratic process. Local people cannot get CP's corrupt activities published, because the editors of local papers are in CP, and refuse to let journalists publish the articles.
CP started in 1985; in the 1990’s, with its members' cross departmental influence, it was involved with what then became the disasterous New Millennium Dome Company and the squandering of £800 million; it appears £300m of this was diverted into the web of quangos set up by CP. There is a fraud case over this, stalled in the courts thanks to CP's influence in the legal profession.
Over £100 million of our money has been spend on CP courses alone, and its been hidden from the public, and members names are a guarded secret. It charges substantial figures for its courses. Matrix for example costs £3,950 plus VAT, and courses for the high flying ‘leader’ can be as much as £9,950 plus VAT.  This money is ours, paid by government departments financing senior staff to become agents for CP, instead of loyal to their own jobs.
Common Purpose (Ltd by guarantee, No. 2832875) is registered as charity No. 1023384. It describes itself as being involved in Adult education. Given it preys on the rich and powerful, charges expensive fees, and its aims are clearly power and control, its charity status stinks and should be revoked.
Potential Common Purpose subjects are selected for training. Are they susceptible to being converted; are they in the right job, with the right colleagues and friends? Do they have power, influence and the control of money?  If the candidate has some, or all of these key attributes, then the local Common Purpose Advisory Board decides if they can do the course.
Common Purpose – training our future EU rulers – continued
Trained leaders are encouraged to act as a network, enable other members' plans, and have meetings under the so called Chatham House rules. This effectively means their statements are not attributable to them, nor can attendees reveal information heard at a Common Purpose meeting.
Council Officers are having secret meetings with, for example, property developer Common Purpose friends. No agendas and no minutes. Common Purpose Graduates from the public quango sectors such as the Regional Development Agencies attend, and have the power to award large sums of public money to projects.
It is the worst national example of cronyism, closed contract bids, fraud and corruption. And unseen to the general public.
Common Purpose undermines traditionally effective and efficient government departments with an overwhelming influx of new language, political correctness and management initiatives. The talk is of empowering communities, vision, worklessness, mainstreaming (sucking EU money into a project to sustain it), community empowerment, working partnership, regeneration and celebrating diversity etc etc. Documents appear about change, and reorganisation.
As CP “leaders” become more senior they employ countless managers and bureaucrats.  In time confusion rules, and things don’t seem to work properly. Management decisions are made that seem stupidly destructive. The organisation’s performance becomes sluggish. Undermining the NHS is Common Purpose’s biggest success so far, with bureaucrats outnumbering hospital staff three to one.
David Cameron, who is pro Europe, uses the language of Common Purpose; he has appointed Ken Clarke, the most committed of the pro Europeans, in charge of his “Democracy Taskforce” – rather like putting the cat in charge of the safety of mice.
Common Purpose specifically targets children from the age of 13, and more recently younger, for special leadership and citizenship training. Yes, it is active in schools, and again the average parent has no idea.
People have contacted us to speak of their experiences with Common Purpose.  A common theme is its all sweetness and light, until you fail to follow the direction set by the CP leadership.
Then interesting things happen. Ladies in particular have been bullied at work, some have lost their jobs, some have become paranoid and depressed at the pressure from people ganging up on them.
A typical story is a husband describing the decline in his wife from the time she becomes a Common Purpose graduate. Loss of sparkle, enthusiasm, anxious and ‘changed’, and she initiated a divorce.
Other Common Purpose people lie when they are challenged as to their involvement.
Common Purpose candidates are given a two day residential course in which they are ‘trained’ in a closed residential environment, such as a small hotel.  They are encouraged to reveal personal information about themselves, such as their likes, dislikes, ambitions and dreams. Discussions are then controlled by the course leaders. Some participants have likened this to Delphi technique or the application of group psychology such as Cognitive Dissonance or brainwashing.
Treason, subversion and deceit at work with a Common Purpose destroying the UK.
EU funding is used as the fuel to power the set up of EU government in countries and as the fuel for fraud and corruption. Once a country and businesses 'suck on' EU funds they are effectively bought. By this means the EU can control businesses, regions and Countries.
Take a few UK examples. £2m plus of EU structural funds is sunk into developing a film studio in Cornwall. After 2 years there is found to be no proper studio, no accounts and no funds. Has there been an investigation? Yes but with no visible result. The only local organisation with responsibility and supposedly accountability for the EU funds is the GOSW. And when challenged they hide behind the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, itself the centre for all things EU.
The EU plan has been very simple and very clever. First set up via the traitors within UK national government the Regional Development Agencies. These were designed to be smooth as silk and sweet as honey – to do all things good e.g. regeneration, helping communities, helping business, innovation, entrepreneurship etc etc. Next load the honey trap with large amounts of money so that people, organisations are attracted to the honey pot. As more people are attracted, increase the powers of the RDAs to include planning powers and input. Make it compulsory for City Councils, County Councils and District Councils to consult them, and then their power increases further. And with planning powers they can get their organisational snouts into virtually every walk of life.
Meanwhile 'bring the government to the people' by setting up the Regional Government Offices – (remembering Regional = EU). The Government Offices now get increasing powers to interfere in everything, and especially local and strategic planning, because almost nothing gets done, or built without going through the planning process. Make consultation with the Government Offices compulsory.
Now the clever bit. In the background the traitors now work to introduce the Regional Assemblies. At first un-elected and informal, so as to allay fears and ease doubts as to their true purpose. Then the ‘behind the scenes traitors’ start to work to make them elected using large amounts of UK public money and EU funds.
The process will use anybody it can to sweeten the pill. The church for instance. What friendly vicar would help set up a devious political con. You can trust us they say. So interesting that the many Bishops, including the then Bishop of Exeter, worked so hard to help set up and implement the SW Regional Assembly for example.
Since all of these bodies, that is the Government Offices of the Regions, the Regional Assemblies and the Regional Development Agencies are accountable to the ODPM, it is quickly evident that the real plan has been to set up a parallel EU government structure in UK. Set up by deceit and deception. By making sure that these bodies have the ability to use massive amounts of funding and staff, they can now start to run amok over our traditional democratic structure of local government.
The EU grants and funding keeps pouring in. Take the £320m of Objective One in Cornwall. Nobody really knows where that money was spent, except that it was frittered away in remarkably small sums £500,00 and £150,000 here, £60,000 there etc etc. By this means, and particularly with minimal proper accounting and probity checks, the money reaches back pockets, favoured consultants and the dishonest. The breeding ground for fraud and corruption has been created, and not surprisingly fraud and corruption begin to run rife. With it comes the added nastiness of threats, intimidation and bullying of those who hold up their hand and say look this is illegal.
If you suspect Common Purpose is active in your organization, or see a pattern of incredibly bad decisions, money being wasted,  notice bullying, fraud, or threats, note the names of those involved (we've tracked down over a thousand) and please contact us.

So the same judge Russell has been appointed to run Bill Roache’s trial for raping little girls....How about this for coincidence!

Roache and Hall directors of the same company 'Oystons" which is owned by a convicted rapist, Owen Oyston....and they also both have the same corrupted judge!!!

You just can't write this

But who can put a stop to it? Anyone you would turn to are in on it themselves! Anyone decent & honest gets shut up and silenced. Child paedo is absolutely massive within all our powers and elite

MP's like Harman & Straw have been trying to change laws that in effect protects the paedo...This country is really sick at its core

I don't know what the answer is, its sickening, will be interesting to see if the Attorney General changes Stuart Halls sentence as lots of people wrote to him protesting, maybe that is what everyone has to do every time there is a lenient sentence to show them the public wont put up with it.

The problem is that in most cases they 'ride the storm' till public outrage dies down & people lose interest, then do nothing about it. The public need to keep on and on

Will be interesting with the sentence he gives to ken barlow. I think I know already

Did Stuart Hall's victims relive their agony just for this? YASMIN ALIBHAI-BROWN says Hall's lenient sentence shows judges learnt nothing from Savile

By Yasmin Alibhai - Brown
PUBLISHED: 23:18, 18 June 2013 | UPDATED: 23:18, 18 June 2013

Perhaps it’s best that I wasn’t in court on Monday to witness Stuart Hall finally paying for his crimes against children, because I might have shouted at the judge or created a scene not allowed in our sombre houses of justice — if you can call this justice.
After pleading guilty to indecent assaults on 13 girls — aged between nine and 17 — Hall got a mere 15 months: the equivalent of just over one month for each victim.
Not only that, but because of sentencing rules he is likely to serve just half that time.

He was given such a pitifully inadequate jail term because the judge at Preston Crown Court — rather than make him serve a set period of time for each offence — decided all his sentences would run concurrently.
To my mind, this has served to wipe out the particular pain of each girl he abused, turning them into a shoal of fish, netted by the ‘opportunistic’ paedophile.
I have considered Judge Anthony Russell’s remarks carefully. Maybe he thought he was being objective and sensible, when in reality he was being obtuse and unforgivably lenient, appearing to fall over himself not to cause the famous — or rather infamous — TV presenter too much discomfort.
His conclusion was that while Hall was guilty of those awful abuses, at 83 he is elderly now, so a ‘custodial sentence would be particularly difficult’ for him.

Really? Our prisons are full of old men jailed for any number of offences who never had any such concerned judicial consideration.
Many refer to Hall’s crimes as ‘historical’ — which seems to suggest they might have happened in Tudor times. But his victims are very much alive, and some are still deeply troubled by those memories, and the inability of their families, communities and institutions to protect them.
Does Hall really get a shorter sentence simply because he was able to hide his perversions for so long? Tell me how that makes sense or can, in any way, be right or fair. He initially denied the charges, launched verbal attacks on his accusers as liars and fantasists, and complained about vendettas against people in the public eye.

It has been reported that at least one other girl who was abused has not yet laid any formal charges.
Certainly I believe there are other serious accusations which may never come to court.
Make no mistake, this man was confident he could do what he wanted and not pay a price.
For a long time, he was right. He even made sure his house (and probably other assets) was signed over to his wife, so any civil case for damages will not deprive him of his home. Then he lined up dependable friends — middle-class worthies — to give him excellent character references in mitigation.
One was Patricia Macmillan, a volunteer and chair of the East Cheshire branch of the NSPCC, who praised his charitable donations — yes, really. She has now stepped down and the charity has distanced itself from her remarks.

To the sufferers of other abusers - who feel strong enough to speak out in the wake of the exposure of Jimmy Savile - Hall's sentence tells them not to take that step because it will only end in renewed grief
Today, just when the many, many sufferers of other abusers were feeling strong enough to speak out in the wake of the exposure of Jimmy Savile, this risible prison sentence tells them not to take that step because it will only end in renewed grief.
Why do I feel especially churned up about this case?
The answer is not only because the punishment is so perversely light, but because I found myself instigating this investigation and, over the months, co-operated with the exceptionally committed Lancashire detectives who worked on the cases.
It started with a letter I received from one of Hall’s victims. Newspaper journalists and columnists get a lot of correspondence from readers wanting to share their problems or get help. Gratifyingly, they trust and confide in us, even in these post-Leveson times.
But this letter, three pages long, was different from any other I had ever received. It was typed, but anonymous. As I read it I welled up — maybe because I have a young daughter — and, at first, thought it was just one more tragic tale I would have to read and then file away.
But the words and scenes that were so graphically described haunted me.
They will haunt you, too, though even I still dare not repeat all of them — partly because they are too upsetting, and partly because they have not been tested in court.
The woman said she had decided to write to me because she was enraged to learn Hall had been awarded an OBE, and because she felt, after the Savile revelations, the time was right to tell her story.
‘Finally it seems our culture is thinking differently about sexual predators,’ she wrote. ‘Everything Stuart Hall did to me was dishonourable.’

Coverage of his OBE had brought all the pain and horror back to her: ‘Once again I saw that oily perma-tanned creature on the television and had to leave the room. (How do I tell my husband why I want to scream, vomit, throw a brick through the television screen?)’

The details of her ordeal were little less than blood-curdling.

When she was at school in Manchester, Hall handed her a school prize and invited her to visit the BBC studios, telling the headteacher and her parents that she had the potential to be a good TV journalist.

Everybody was flattered, most of all the shy, pretty and studious young girl. And so it began: years of being subjected to sexual acts — some, she alleged, so violent they left blood on the sheets.

She went back again and again only because he had groomed her so efficiently.

I believed her story, and was so disturbed by it that I took the letter to my local police station, even though I was worried about wasting police time. There was, after all, no name or address or any clue about the sender.

I handed it in, not at all sure any actions would follow. Four days later, I had a call from DC  Phillip Rukin, of Lancashire police, who informed me he had the letter and the force was starting to investigate Hall.

The police kept me up to date with their investigations, and were even able to locate the letter writer, with whom I finally had a conversation two weeks ago.

In the wake of Hall’s conviction — but with his sentencing still to come — she sounded relieved but still a little frightened. I cannot imagine how utterly betrayed she must feel now.

She has learned that human beings deny truths they cannot bear to face up to, and thus perpetuate evil. And she must also feel that some of those at the top of society, who have the responsibility to punish evildoers, are unable or unwilling to discharge that duty.

Artist Graham Ovenden was convicted of the sexual abuse of three girls aged six to 14. Yet in sentencing him two weeks ago, Judge Graham Cottle decided to hand out a 12-month suspended sentence

Judge Russell is, I fear, one of those. But he is not alone.

In April, the renowned artist Graham Ovenden was convicted of the sexual abuse of three girls aged six to 14. He is a monster who blindfolded and assaulted the young girls, and remains arrogant and unrepentant.

Yet in sentencing him two weeks ago, Judge Graham Cottle decided in his wisdom to hand out a 12-month suspended sentence, because Ovenden’s ‘steep fall from grace and tarnished reputation’ were punishment enough.

Try telling that to the women scarred by his wickedness.

The Attorney General has been asked to review both the Ovenden and Hall sentences. But don’t hold your breath, or expect proper retribution.

In Hall’s case, the tariff may be increased slightly to calm public outrage, but not in any meaningful way.

So while his wife waits for a few months until he returns to their luxury home — complete with swimming pool, naturally — his victims have to swallow their rage, and try to live from day to day knowing he will never really be made to pay for his crimes.

I thought society had learned a terrible lesson when Savile was exposed — I really did.

Now I fear we actually learned nothing at all.

Yasmin Alibhai-Brown is a columnist on the Independent.

Predator Stuart Hall tries to buy off his victims: Millionaire star offers 'paltry' payouts for abuseMulti-millionaire broadcaster was jailed for assaulting 13 girls
Victims offered as little as £2,000 to prevent them claiming compensation
He is being sued by at least 17 women in relation to harm they suffered

Stuart Hall is desperately scrambling to save his fortune by trying to pay off victims of his sexual abuse with ‘paltry’ out-of-court settlements.
The multi-millionaire broadcaster, 83, signed over the deeds of his £2million house to his wife just before he was jailed for 15 months for assaulting 13 girls.
Now the convicted paedophile, who targeted children as young as nine, has dealt his victims a new blow by offering them as little as £2,000 to prevent them claiming compensation

The former It’s A Knockout presenter is being sued by at least 17 women in relation to harm and injuries they suffered at his hands.
Susan Harrison was 16 when Hall lured her to BBC premises on the false pretext of helping her record a song, before attacking her in his car.
Mrs Harrison, now 61, has been offered only £5,000 in compensation from the married father of two in an out-of-court settlement. But she said the ‘paltry offer’ was another act of ‘self-preservation’ by the former sports pundit

It is appalling that even at this stage he will not accept full culpability for the distress he caused to his victims,’ the mother of one said. ‘He made my life a misery for many years and for him to even think that such a little amount is enough is another smack in the face.
‘He practically ruined most of my life and then he had the audacity to stand outside court and throw mud at our reputations by calling us liars. Now he is trying to protect his assets.
‘We have not even received a proper apology and this petty offer is just another indication that he has not fully accepted the gravity of his offences.

All of his victims deserve more. He does not want us to see psychiatrists who will be able to ascertain the damage he caused to us and that is because he is not able to accept what he did.’
Mrs Harrison is refusing to accept the settlement and vowed to take Hall through the civil courts, saying: ‘I am not going to let him get away with abusing me again.’

Another victim, who wanted to remain anonymous, has been offered £2,000. She said: ‘It is totally unacceptable and just another way of humiliating his victims. His offers are disgraceful.
‘Not only did he abuse us but then he stood outside court stating that our claims were callous, cruel and pernicious.
‘Although money cannot undo the harm that he caused us, it is a form of justice and acknowledgement.’
Peter Saunders, of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood, echoed the victims’ comments, adding: ‘It is appalling that he degraded and devalued them when he abused them and now he is doing exactly the same thing again.
‘By offering this trivial sum he is suggesting the victims are worthless and that is far from the truth. The victims of his dreadful abuse deserve more.’

Alan Collins, a solicitor from Pannone who is representing Hall’s victims, said: ‘Hall must understand the seriousness of the offences he is guilty of and the adverse effect it has had on his victims.’
In May the Daily Mail revealed that in the weeks before Hall admitted his guilt he transferred the ownership of his £2million mansion in Wilmslow, Cheshire, into the name of his wife Hazel, 75. He had been registered as the joint owner since at least 1981.
It was claimed the move could be an example of ‘asset stripping’ by Hall to stop his victims from making claims against his fortune.
In February this year Hall stood on the steps of Preston Crown Court and protested his innocence to the allegations of sexual assault.
But weeks after safely moving his property into the name of his wife he changed his plea and said he was guilty of indecently assaulting the 13 girls.
His crimes spanned nearly 20 years, with assaults taking place on BBC premises and at his home. He even abused family friends.
Hall was jailed for 15 months but will be released automatically after serving only half the term. The Attorney General is reviewing the sentence.
Hall’s lawyers last night failed to respond to inquiries from the Daily Mail about the compensation offers

This is one evil, deceitful pervate, I hope the monster rots in hell, putting money before all else. I'd like to tell him, "There are no pockets in a shroud, it's no good being the richest man in the cemetary"

Stuart Hall's sex attacks sentence to be reviewed

The sentence given to broadcaster Stuart Hall over his convictions for sexual abuse will be reviewed following complaints he "got off lightly".

Hall, 83, received a 15-month jail sentence in June after admitting 14 offences against girls aged nine to 17 between 1967 and 1985.

The Attorney General has referred the sentence to the Court of Appeal for review.

Victim's charities claimed the sentence was "unduly lenient".

Court of Appeal judges will decide whether the sentence should be increased.

Lets hope it's increased to what it should have been in the first place.

Which is about approximately? 20 -30 years? 12-15 months for each victim?

Sounds about right, hope he ends up bankrupt, hit him where it hurts in his pocket.

What about the MP who is now a Peer will he be brought to justice?

Every picture tells a story

Is Coronation Street actor Bill Roache innocent?

Is he being made a scapegoat for bigger names caught up in the Savile Paedophilia cesspit?

Well, if  Roache is innocent then I’m the Queen of Sheba.

I always say that you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep.

Roache is a long time friend and business associate of the flamboyant Owen Oyston, the owner of Blackpool Football Club.

Oyston also happens to be a convicted rapist.

The following is from the Guardian:

Owen Oyston, the millionaire businessman jailed for the rape and indecent assault of a 16-year old girl, was released from prison yesterday after serving 3 years of a six-year sentence.

Oyston, 65, was released on parole after a successful high court appeal against a parole board decision in October to deny him early release because he had not admitted the offences. He will have to sign the sex offenders’ register as part of the conditions of release. Read More

Roache and Oyston are co-directors of Ridings publishings, a producer of the glossies The Lancashire magazine and The Yorkshire Ridings Magazine.

latest accounts figures show that the publishing company recorded a £2,027,246 loss in 2011. Source

Course, Ridings Publishings also has a third Co-director who just so happens to be the child rapist Stuart Hall. Source

Now look at the photo and tell me if you think that there is no smoke without fire.

Someone call the fire brigade.

Fresh allegations have emerged against former BBC presenter Stuart Hall after he was jailed for indecent assault against young girls, police have confirmed.
The 83-year-old from Wilmslow, Cheshire, was jailed last month after admitting 14 counts of indecent assault against girls as young as nine between 1967 and 1987.
Lancashire police said they are working closely with the Crown Prosecution Service to determine the most appropriate course of action concerning the new claims.
A police spokesman added: "We take all allegations of sexual abuse seriously and we would encourage people with any information about sexual abuse or who have been a victim of sexual abuse to come forward and report their concerns confident in the knowledge it will be investigated appropriately and with sensitivity."
The allegations come just days after it was announced that the disgraced presenter's 15-month jail term will be reviewed following complaints that his sentence was too lenient. The case has been referred to the Court of Appeal by the Attorney General.
Hall had initially told police his victims were lying as part of a "vendetta" against people in the public eye.
When arrested last December over three claims of indecent assault, he described the allegations as "nonsense".
He told an officer one of the complainants was "a complete and utter liar".

He went on to issue an impassioned on-camera denial of any wrongdoing, describing the allegations against him as "cruel" but more women came forward as a result of publicity and Hall later admitted 14 indecent assaults on 13 girls.
The former It's A Knockout presenter was a familiar face and voice in British broadcasting for half a century. Last year he was awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours for his services to television and charity.

The former It’s A Knockout and Radio 5 Live presenter was arrested in December.
But in a shameless bid to deny his vile past, he branded the claims “pernicious, callous, cruel and above all spurious”.

He forgot "Ludicrous" ! !
