Bobbin big grin

But he was still very, very rich when he lent his plane to the McCanns to goto Marocco. The McCanns knew that of course - no wonder Kate complained about being fobbed off with an old and uncomfortable one - she must have expected one with a lounge, bar and big sofas. Instead it was more Easyjet.

So Paxman has more power than Morgan !
Why ?
Because he told the truth, and that is always more powerful than the alternative.

I'm accumulating a list of the men from mainstream media and politics that I would welcome to my table for a light supper of eggs on toast (sorry I don't do bestiaries but the eggs are from my totally free range, organic hens).

1. Lord Leveson, who to my mind is happily capable of seeing it and saying it as it really is.
2. Mr. Jay QC, who equally, can penetrate the turgid waters of lies and deceit.
3. Jeremy Paxman who has retained a naivety, and is nobody's fool and has the courage to speak out.

And then there are the whistle blowers. Tom Watson for a start.

It's not bad is it, out of a population of some 60,000,000 in the UK, and about 30,000,000 of those being male, to be able to find 4 straight men.

Yes, they're pure and simple aren't they. Often that's the best way.
Not everyone can tolerate bestiaries.... they can be very hard to stomach with lots of unexpected, even, unpleasant after-effects.

Off Topic. Eggs are animal tissue. Like caviar.

Shall we include Galloway ? And Private Eye staff,

Incidentally Jay is extremely successful, and very very bright, Scholar to New College, then a First, only 19 years from call to Silk, but as a QC he bats for both sides. Which is another way of saying he can not only penetrate the turgid waters of lies and deceit, but can also stir them up when paid to do so !

I know it is not politically correct to say so, but I think you may find that Redwood will one day be included in this list.

Paxman's 'naïveté' is a put on. He is a product of Malvern and St Catharine's
