A few days ago, and in specific answer to a query from a Forum member here, I posted this, about Brian Kennedy:

"I am hiding inside information received about how Brian Kennedy financed and conducted his investigations on the case via a number of private intelligence agencies, some of which, notably Oakley International and Red Defence, have recently been exposed for what they are in the wake of the arrest of Kevin Halligen. Some but not by no means all of this information was posted on the 3As forum in July 2009. It was subject to a libel letter dated 28 August 2009 from Carter-Ruck on behalf of Brian and Patrick Kennedy and to stave off costly legal action I had to agree not to make any further libellous allegations against them. So I most certainly can't re-post that material here.

I am also hiding information about the house on the outskirts of Knutsford that is used as the base for the Brian Kennedy-run intelligence-gathering operation.

I have received information from those who have been acquainted with the McCanns, but I cannot for obvious reasons say who they are. Nor do I particularly want to repeat what they say".

Well, for the life of me I fail to see the alleged libel in this. The fact that Brian Kennedy heads up the McCanns' intelligence-gathering operation is of course amply demonstrated by the Mark Hollingsworth article in the Evening Stabdard last August and of course by his appointment of the two Cheshire sleuths (cough) Dave Edgar and Arthur Cowley to head up the McCanns' latest intelligence fiasco. Both Edgar and Cowley worked and now live within a stone's throw of the headquarters of Brian Kennedy's massive 'Latium' Group based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

But that does not deter Ms Butler and 'sabot' (among many others) from licking their lips at their anticipation of a libel writ against me from Carter-Ruck.

Indeed, Carter-Ruck appear to have a willing legion of people passing information to them; only a couple of weeks ago we saw how Michael Sangerte alias Peter Tarwin alias Jason Peters alias 'petert' alias Mike Gunnill rushed to inform the world's most feared libel lawyers of the joyous news that he had tricked me into selling him a book.

Just for the record, here's a recent extract from Deborah Butler's site: WARNING - The site has viruses and when I have visited it in the past, I've had to use a special program to 'clean' my computer (others report the same); it regularly has the lins for child pornographs sites on it which Ms Butler does not know how to control.

It is ridiculous , he needs bringing to a halt pronto , can you believe he even has the photo he is banned from using on his new site ????????? . The way he is now selling the police files which are free for all to read amazes me - I am hoping people realise he is just making money for himself - he really doesnt care about Madeleine at all or any other child come to that - what else has he done to help any other child ? his strapline - combating child neglect - well he has done nothing - apart from make himself a tidy sum for his hols , quite how he gets away with all this is beyond me , hope you are well Sabot

He seems to want them to do him ! Why did he capitulate the first time - ? it just makes no sense at all , he is just blundering on and by the looks of it he is being allowed to do so , unless of course these things take time < he normally advertises when he has had a letter which must piss them off and havent seen anything yet , glad you are ok

He seems to be pushing his luck to see how far he can go. A bit like a naughty kid. But naughty children always go too far in the end. Except of course, they don't have houses and savings to lose. I don't think anyone wants to see it go that far, but I begin to fear that it might.

maybe he has accumulated far more money than we could imagine or that he has declared and is not bothered by the loss of his house , this has only just dawned on me and I have good reason to believe it to be right !!!!

He tells so many fibs that one might wonder if he told Kirwans the truth about his savings.

Ms Butler's main contacts these days appear to be Clarence Mitchell, strong McCann-believers 'Deuce' = Adrian Upshon and 'Sabot', plus of course her legion (cough) of admirers on Susan Menez' 'Missing Madeleine' Forum.

So we know Mike Gunnill, Deborah Butler and no doubt many others beavering away copying-and-pasting my posts on here and elsewhere to Carter-Ruck.

One question among many about this is:

Who is paying someone at Carter-Ruck to process all this valuable information?

Strange, my virusscanner doesn't alert me and I've got no virusses either.
Your site on the other hand, made my Firefox crash (when reading the pdf files).

This fact has been widely circulated on a number of Madeleine forums and blogs and I have seen the links myself on Ms Butler's site - but obviously have never clicked on any of them. Her blog was regularly spammed by child porn sites - to be fair she might have corrected this problem by now

Okay, thank you.

It would be my suggestion that child pornography sites don't spam - purely because of their secretive nature. I'd suggest that they may have been links to general pornography sites....or more likely links placed there by general WUMs etc.

Was just worries someone had clicked on the links and ended up there - JUST in case anyone has they should report that to the police.

Simple way Mr Bennett to stop these kind of posts, is to check, double check, and triple check what you say. Post the truth and not fabricated things
