Wonderful news and well done to everyone involved in putting the book together. Since the court hearing, an increasing number of people are becoming aware of the PJ Files and are starting to wonder what the McCanns and our UK Press have been so desperate to hide from them thumbsup

I've started wondering what other people are so desperate to hide.

No conclusive forensic corroboration of his Eddie's ‘alert’ to human cadaverine

For those who are interested, our book will be about the truth.

For example, the booklet reproduces some of the interviews with Jane Tanner. Those interviews are things that really happened. Instead of our commenting on what she says, as we did in '60 Reasons', intelligent readers who perhaps do not have ready access to the internet, or who do not use it much, will be able to form their own opinions as to her evidence.

Similarly, there are statements made by Martin Grime in our book. Once again, people will be able to form their own judgments about what he says, without feeling badgered by those who say: "Eddie and Keela proved there was a corpse" on the one hand, and those who say: "The dogs' evidence is worthless because their is no corroborative evidence on the other".

Incidentally we have a photo on the front cover of Eddie barking near the front door of the hired Renault Scenic; our caption underneath reads:

Martin Grime’s highly trained cadaver dog Eddie alerts to the scent of a corpse in the car - but there was no conclusive forensic corroboration of his ‘alert’ to human cadaverine

None of the evidence in the Portuguese Police files has been tested in a court of law, unless you count the McCanns' proceedings to try and get a million quid off Goncalo Amaral and Guerra e Paz, his publishers.

At least let us bring to a wider public what evidence there is, rather than hiding it, so that they can judge for themselves.

"some" but not all - re Tanner.

Grime always says has to be backed up by forensics.

The photo against the car door - complimented by a photo of the next car and and the garage wall.

Eddie alerts to blood and cadaver odour.

Something not presented in a court of law is not evidence - it is useless - hence it is sitting in a big file of paper labelled something like - oh well we tried.

That's not what Martin Grime's said.
And using the word "conclusive" is misleading the public.

"our book will be about the truth."

The book will be an interpretation of the Foundation's truth.

That will not be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

It will be selective.
