Internet, ill wishers
On the index of the book Madeleine it gives just one entry for Internet. It goes internet, ill wishers.
It's a pretty negative association. Is the internet a really bad place? Does Kate have insecurities about the internet? Why would Kate (or anyone) have such a negative feeling about the internet?

Re: Internet, ill wishers
Kate is scared of the internet. The official police files are all there for us to read and discuss and she doesn't like that at all. We can therefore question her statements (in relation to others) and also her media articles and her book to.
Most of these do not stand up to scrutiny so she would rather call us "trolls" and get her friends at the Sun to demonise us.

Thanks, Gilly. I am a still a but puzzled. If the the McCann's have nothing to hide and if as Gerry says "There is no evidence" why then is the internet such a bad place? Internet = information so surely any information relating to Madeleine would be a good thing? I have seen interviews with the McCann's where they state that they don't really care what people think about them, so long as the world keeps looking for Madeleine. If she is in our hearts and our prayers then why are we trolls?
