This is so laughable

Post by jd on 04.08.11 4:21

Just had to put a quote in from KM's book

FRIDAY 4 MAY
Friday 4 May. Our first day without Madeleine. As soon as it was light Gerry and I resumed our search. We went up and down
roads we’d never seen before, having barely left the Ocean Club complex all week. We jumped over walls and raked through
undergrowth. We looked in ditches and holes.

She forgot she had already admitted on camera she NEVER searched for Madeleine.

This is a blatant lie as you will ever see! I cannot understand how people can believe this total baloney the McCanns spout. And how they get away with lying to the public and the media still supporting them in their rags. Here is an example of a complete lie as you will ever see and yet there are ones out there defending them to the hilt and believing their every word. It is so sad its laughable

The McCann's are depending on the fact that most people are the sheep and they are the hearders. How many look beyond headlines? Most take things at face value unless born with the sceptic gene! (which I was lucky to get lol)

I totally agree with you. Its there in all versions...repeated in many formats and its all bull. Plain as the noses on our faces. Really.

All we can do is put it out there for all to see the truth.

and to continue the quote a little further down the page...
p. 83 "We must have been out for at least a hour before returning to David and Fiona's apartment..."
At least an hour.
My God, what heros !

Searches imaginary and real

Post by Marian on 04.08.11 9:18

I think that, from an earlier quote in the book, Kate says that she and Gerry felt obliged to carry out the drastic step of actually looking for their daughter themselves because the police weren't doing anything. Yes, what Trojans they were to spare an hour from their jogging and tennis schedules! As someone else said on this site, most people devote more time to searching for lost dogs than the McCanns have ever personally done with Madeleine.

Until I knew better I presumed that they were busy hiding the body then

We know how the McCanns are always reactive.....This is probably another reactive statement to the man who saw from his car a couple running down a street at 6am in the morning

Oh they have. Mitchell said some time ago they were sure / hoping / going to ask it... their phones had been hacked. My recollection is that this occured shortly after the first big payouts were made, but that may be an unworthy memory !

But I thought she told her friend "We've been searching all night until 4.30am"?

"Jill
Renwick has known the couple since they all worked together at a
Glasgow hospital more than a decade ago. She spoke to Kate at 7am on the
morning after Madeleine vanished: "She just said, 'Help me, please help
me'. She said, 'We've been searching all night until 4.30am, and then
everybody left us'. At that stage there was only one police officer at
the door. They didn't know what to do. So I phoned GMTV." Andrew Renwick
is a Consultant Surgeon at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley. Both
Jill and Andrew are part of the network of around 10 couples in Glasgow,
mostly doctors, and John McCann, Gerry's brother, who are heading the
campaign which has seen prominent sportsmen, businessmen, celebrities
and politicians become involved.

KM also told Jill Renwick in her call at 7am that she was calling from the police station. However, she was seen on live TV news at 8.30am leaving 'for the police station'

I even remember this one seeing them both leave for the police station at 8.30am!

According to their police statements, they are timed as;

Kate McCann's statement: 2.20pm, 04 May 2007

Gerry McCann's statement: 11.15am, 04 May 2007

Between March and October, they are on the same time zone as us, I believe.

The whole year I think. They change to Summer time at the same time as the UK. One hour difference from Spain. I never knew that. Thank you.
