MISSING BEN NEEDHAM CALL TO DAVID CAMERON

MISSING BEN NEEDHAM CALL TO DAVID CAMERON

THE mum of missing Ben Needham is hoping an appeal by Madeleine McCann’s parents to David Cameron will lead to help finding her son.

Of course Kerry Needham should have the same favours as the McCanns. I don't see how Cameron can favour the McCanns and ignore Kerry. Cameron is opening a can of worms. How can he possibly refuse other parents of missing children. Cameron should tell the Mccanns to write to the Portuguese Prosecutor and ask that the case is reopened, that they return to Portugal and cooperate with the investigation, take part in the reconstruction and answer the 48 questions. And he should acknowledge that there was government interference which harmed the Portuguese investigation and donate the £3.5 million to the PJ.

I also think that all child neglecters should be let out of jail if they're in for having 'done a McCann'. If the McCanns don't go to jail for serial child neglect then why are other child neglecters in jail? Let's free up some space, instead, for those who don't pay their Council Tax or old people who can't pay their heating bills or the disabled people who are claiming disability benefits.

The government, police, media in this country have proven, for the past 4 years, that missing children don't matter, it's only the reputation of the missing child's parents that matters.

Until children's welfare is prioritised then there will always be Madeleine's. Of further concern is that people may copy the McCanns and there will be even more cases like Shannon Matthews.

Well said ufercoffy.

I find the arrogance of the Mccanns almost stupefying, in that they believe after 4 years and god knows how much money spent here or in Portugal 'looking ' for Madeleine, they effectively demanded more money to search. The singular thing they never did themselves.

Ufercoffy, in South Texas over the weekend 3 women got arrested for leaving their kids alone. In one case 2 of the 3 were young teenagers, the 3 rd a baby. In none of the cases any of the kids had come to any harm, to use a McCann phrase,

The McCanns should be in jail instead of raking in the dough in a increasingly distasteful and disturbing way.
