Gerry McCann: My daughter has been abducted by a swarthy paedophile! It's too dark to go searching at the moment so, quick someone, get me a flipchart!

I like the way he adds up his maths : investigation + fund = wider agenda.

What wider agenda? Isn't this about finding maddie?

It is either about investigation or about fund - how can the two be co-related?

Why was he corelating fund to investigation? Does it mean they'd meant this fund from the start for dodgy pi to keep up appearance, hence the wider agenda objective?

It is many years since one was at school and perhaps things have changed now, however to have a summative overview on the day where Gerald McCann had drawn up this mystical diagram, suggests something that would not be traditionally regarded as having had any intrinsic learning value at that point.

Having seen whom these strange people associate with, and the visit to the European Parliament, one would hazard a guess that this is a sensational way of introducing the idea of microchipping all European children, and for a prime data company to enjoy a most lucrative international scam using public funding.

No doubt one will be accused of becoming far too cynical when discussing agendas in this case, but this is not as far-fetched as it sounds, and all one can say is, watch the market be cornered by some company already known to us, albeit with a changed name in future,

Please do not ask me if it will be connected with anywhere in Yorkshire or who will be the major shareholders in this particular scam when it finally arrives big grin

He appears to have drawn VERY OBVIOUS Masonic symbols around his points! Why not circle them (his points) instead of using the square and compass to highlight them? Asking for help?

It is either a scream for help from the Masons,or he has been to the Ridhwan School to learn the Diamond Approach to finding one's spiritual path.

During my working life, I have given many presentations, it was my job, my profession. I have never used thatshape to accentuate a point. In my opinion, my long retired from professional opinion, that photograph is posed, and for a reason.

I`ve known about this pic for years, but never known where it came from - anyone know?
The photo of GM is in the mccannfiles

http://www.mccannfiles.com/id1.html

What I really wanted to know was who took the pic and who published it.  As Nina said it was probably published for a reason.  It`s GM doing a presentation - but who to and why take a pic of him doing it ?

It doesn't seem to be a meeting room. The easel looks like an art easel, not usual metalsupport.
The picture  on the wall and the curtain - it looks  more like a room in a hotel or average apartment.

Eta:  He used the occasion to wear his pants with the dinky buttonson the side. You know, the type of pants the Smiths described so clearly, the pants hastily thrown on the bed in 5a.

Therefore I would put the date of  this presentation  soon after the Ltd. Co was launched and before the Smiths reported  their sighting to the police.
At which date the Smith's statement was known to TM is not known, but I would think that the LP liaison passed it on to them.

Therewas a presentation to journalists at Ocean Club - probably the occasion when the McCanns had put a large collection box at the entrance in which the journos were expected to put their 'voluntary' contributions.

Start as you mean to go on eh?

Re: The wider agenda

Post by Woofer on 20.06.14 7:59

Have also found this in James Arbuthnot`s blog earlier this year :-

http://mdeleine-mccann.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/kate-and-gerrys-wider-agenda.html

The Madeleine McCann Conspiracy
An ongoing set of thoughts on what is going on in the Madeleine McCann Online world.

What is the Wider Agenda?

Gerry McCann was famously photographed with a flip chart bearing the words, "The Wider Agenda, but neither he nor anyone else has satisfactorily defined it.

And here's a more readable close-up

Perhaps it isn't easily definable.  Perhaps it is more esoteric.  Perhaps it is all smoke and mirrors. Perhaps it reflects other examples in history where Wider Agendas cover individual acts of deviancy.

When Princess Diana died (whatever the real cause), the paparazzi were blamed and moves were made to restrict the extent to which the press generally were able to pursue public personalities.  The Wider Agenda became press regulation, eventually leading to Leveson, etc.  Diana and the true cause of her death were conveniently forgotten.

When the Twin Towers fell on 9/11, The Patriot Act was ready and waiting. That a third, 47 storey tower that had not been hit by a plane fell that same afternoon 20 minutes after the BBC reported that it had fallen, the true reasons were forgotten in the aftermath of the Wider Agenda, the so-called war on terror that will be remembered in history as the first of the "21st Century Oil Wars".

When Archduke Ferdinand was killed in Sarajevo, the Wider Agenda of Austro-Hungary attacking Serbia and then Germany joined in. The assassination became irrelevant in the Wider Agenda of world domination.

Whilst the McCanns appear to many to be solely obsessed with making money out of their missing (and almost certainly dead) daughter, they are also trying to cover up their actions by inventing a Wider Agenda - so far very successfully and not spotted by most.

The Wider Agenda has become the falsification of missing children statistics.  Depending on which source one hears, Kate, along with her Missing Persons Organisation are promoting the suggestion that anywhere between 50,000 and 250,000 children go missing each year.

In order to hide the facts, the Wider Agenda is being promoted.  According to Kate's figures, nearly a thousand children go missing EVERY DAY.

So where are the newspaper headlines: "700 children missing yesterday"?  So WHY does every single missing child appear to be a headline, like Mikaeel Kular?  Why aren't all the others headlines?

We don't even have the headline, "Child reported missing every three minutes".

The reason why is because the figures that Kate and her Missing Persons organisation promote are not true.  They are lies.

The fact is that yes, the police do get several hundred calls a day about missing children, and most days 100% of them are found with friends (so not missing), with neighbours (so not missing), have been abducted by an absent parent (so not missing), have forgotten to phone home and their phone battery is flat (so not missing), have lied and told their friend's parents that they have permission for a sleepover (so not really missing), etc.  Some older children run away and we hear a report of a child missing from Social Services' care - often who have run away before.  Should we count those?  Well, yes, but please, do put them in a different category.

Occasionally, sadly, are cases like Michael Kular, April Jones, Tia Sharpe and Holly and Jessica, but they've all been solved, so no longer count as missing.

All of those children are reported missing, but they are not really missing, merely mislaid.  Understandably, we phone the police very quickly, but the dangers are no greater - and probably rather less than they were a hundred years ago.

Helpfully, CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) have set up a website of genuinely missing children.  It is at www.MissingKids.co.uk.  Take a look at it.

When you look at that list, ignore those like Robert Pfeifer, "missing from the USA, believed to be in Europe".  Ignore those where one of the parents is missing too and is believed to have taken the child during a custody battle.  Ignore those who are old enough to have run away and are believed to have done so (again).

The Official Police Missing Children website has 129 names on it.  How many are unsolved cases of missing children aged under 5?  Well, there's Ben Needham and there's Madeleine McCann and ... er ... well, that's about it.

Ok, so what is the McCanns' Wider Agenda?  I believe it is to encourage us to believe that many thousands of children are missing.  What starts as a count of reports of missing people is translated by Kate, Gerry and their supporters as missing children. And what is the real reason behind Kate becoming the Missing Persons' Ambassador?  Is that also part of the Wider Agenda?

To be generous, one might say that they just don't understand the figures.

To be more realistic and cynical, one might think they are trying to persuade us that cases like Madeleine are common, that abductions, in particular unsolved abductions are common.  In fact, the last successful stranger abduction has been solved - that was April Jones;  it was so rare that it shocked the country for months.

In short, they are trying to pull the wool over our eyes and I, for one, have not fallen for it.

No, Kate and Gerry, there are NOT a quarter of a million missing children every year, nor should we read into your statements that so many are abducted.

Your lies to us just will not wash and your Wider Agenda is another fake.  Your Wider Agenda is a fake to cover your tracks and perhaps to help promote your fraudulent Find Madeleine Fund.

Brilliant! Thanks Woofer.

Imo it argues for a plan and in 2006 a lot of things 'happened' to expedite such a plan.

Imo too GM isn't bright enough to think of such a thing without help from grown- ups, this has PR/ spin/ politics all over it. TM were to be far from the only beneficiaries of the Wider Agenda,

Didn't really work, a cake is only ever as good as the main ingredients.

Yes, it seems the presentation took place in Portugal (goodness knows what the picture on the wall is of) going on clothes worn by GM (unless he was still wearing them in September in UK).  Those `Post It Meeting Charts` are commonly sold in UK by lots of retailers - but could they be obtained in Portugal ? - unless Mark Warner had them shipped over.

It would be interesting to know who the presentation was made to, who took a photograph of GM doing a presentation and who decided to publish it on the www.  And WHY?  I hadn`t realised before how odd this all is.

If you look at this page:
http://www.gerrymccannsblogs.co.uk/GERRY_MCCANN.htm
you can see a whole series of photos taken at this "agenda meeting", along with the explanation:

Wider Agenda meeting 14/15th June 2007 with Jon Corner

Extract's from Gerry's blogs
14 June 2007 - Kate and I picked up a friend [Jon Corner] from Faro airport who has been instrumental in helping with the campaign. He has been fantastic, producing the DVD of Madeleine to 'Don't you forget about me' which has been shown at many sporting events and concerts as well as producing the look for maddie logo and various posters. We spent most of the day updating each other and discussing future campaign ideas.
15 June 2007 - We have made some real progress deciding on campaign strategy.

I am told MW has/had a meeting room suitable for 60 people, so this might in fact be from the briefing of the journalists, which one would expect to be after launching the Ltd.Co.  and not long after Michael Wright's speech to the journalists which sounded a lot more like launching a large enterprise than stepping up the search for a child.

From.http://jillhavern.forumotion.net/t7795p310-michael-wright-evidence-transcript?highlight=Michael+wright : page 34

We are leaving no stone unturned and we have a huge number of partners who are helping us to that from sporting celebrities to big business. Top of the list are the UK and Portuguese media in particular who have played a huge part in maintaining the profile of this case and the awareness of Madeleine.

We need your continued support and now need to increase the coverage right across Europe.

Our campaign has started with an expansive poster distribution across Europe and our partners include multi nationals from the oil, banking, telecoms and retail sectors.Other multi national companies have already started to include Madeleine’s image on every outgoing email.

The response to yesterday’s launch has been huge. The official website has received over 5 million hits today and the scale of response has brought some difficulties and they are being dealt with.

Unquote

Those 5 million hits would make TM a very attractive proposition for any firm, even multi-nationals to see what use such global awareness of their own brand could be achieved on the back of TM's publicity.

Great 'summative overview', Woofer.  laughat

I can't for the life of me see how standing gawping smugly at long words felt tipped on a flip chart was ever news-worthy in the first place. How on earth were journalists persuaded that it was?
Interesting that the trousers look similar to the ones described by the Smith witness(although I can't make out buttons , can anyone else?)

What does it remind us of...?
I think this is more than coincidence that a "key" would fit neatly into the shape created by the stylized coloboma logo.

Agreed.

The use of the Masonic symbol was probably to alert fellow members to a brother in need, or even to make people think he was a mason, without actually being one. The agenda, as mentioned in the article above, is to convince us what happened to Madeleine is normal. Paedophiles are everywhere,  waiting to miraculously break into a locked apartment leaving no evidence of having been there,  and take your children . That way it stops people from thinking. Thinking about the fact that there was no break in and in fact, not fiction, stranger abductions are very very rare.

The speech to the assembled journos by Wright was iirc on the 18th May.

An awful lot of people and nameless businesses included as 'partners'. Big red flag for me.

Having looked at the useless information on the board, I note that that the arrow of 'investigation' goes to!!!! 'The Fund'

That is the wrong way round, surely the donations to the Fund were to help the investigation..  spit coffee
