The Great Escape!

Now we  will  hear EXACTLY what he has done. Wait for the "apologies" from those who knew, but "didn't know".

The Great Escape yep would seem so Sallyp.   Very interesting comments on order order.   Can't libel a dead person is one comment and goes on to say let's see what comes out now.

Apart from his family It will be interesting to see if any of the "establishment " come forward to pay tribute to him.
Tribute to a man who was facing 22 counts of alleged child sexual abuse spanning three decades.Three decades of evading justice?Decades of an establishment closing ranks to protect its own.
A trial of facts scheduled for April next year, and an ongoing trial by media to discredit survivors.
So sad for the many victims as this is another case of justice never seeing the light of day.

Lord Janner's 'victims' vow to sue as they continue fight for justice following disgraced former Labour peer's death aged 87 - two weeks after being found unfit to stand trial over historic child sex abuse

Very strange how all these government protected paedophiles are all highly honoured, Sirs, Lords, Dames even.  Makes me wonder how and why they got their honours in the first place.  Could they have been funding political campaigns or making illegal loans to political parties to keep them in power?  Funny how the cash for honours scandal about in 2006, the same time that Missing People charity was in need a boost, a new beginning and News Intl was also in some difficulty.

I agree with Plebgate, Let's see if if the truth comes out about Janners' dirty deeds now, but not only from a libel point of view but also from what he may have known about something else that the government wants covered up.

The New Year's Honours List is more like The Sex Offenders register.

No mention on BBC 'front pages' this morning after the news, although it did hit the Sunday Times.

As for the trial of facts:

A Crown Prosecution Service source last night said a trial of the facts due in April, with no finding of guilt or conviction, will now be abandoned.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/6814636/Lawyer-says-suspected-paedophile-Lord-Janner-denied-alleged-victims-justice.html

His death will almost certainly bring an end to the planned trial of the facts, although theoretically it could still go ahead.

Random rhetorical thought, but if I was his family with an unshakeable belief in his complete innocence, would I not be lobbying for the ‘trial of facts’ to go ahead as it would clear his name once and for all?

Hi Doug D, don't be silly, the "Establishment" wish to bury the evidential proof of any misconduct in public office, "Honouring his Loyal service to the State" than become engaged in a pursuit of Justice for the abused children that may have had an association with the named person?
Quite inconvenient to have suddenly departed his life months away from a trial that would have revealed evidence of abuse towards minors?
A certain bunch of high ranking police officers wiping their brows now, phew!!?
