Our Kate seems to have a "thing" about "Rocha Negra.

A lady from an apartment across Rua Dr Gentil Martins, overlooking our little side gate, came over to speak to us. She said
that the previous night she had seen a car going up the Rocha Negra – the black, volcanic cliff that dominates the village.
There was a track leading to the Rocha Negra but nobody remembered ever having noticed any vehicle that far up in the
daytime, let alone at night. This immediately conjured visions of Madeleine being disposed of somewhere on the overhanging
cliff. I went to tell one of the police officers who was able to speak a little English. He was quite dismissive. It would have been
one of the GNR men checking the area, he said.

Our Kates obsession again.

That first weekend I’d felt a burning desire to run up the Rocha Negra, and Gerry and I would in fact do so many times over
the next few months. In places it was just too steep and I had to slow down to walking speed, but if I dared to stop
(interpreted by my brain as failure) I would mentally beat myself up. It still felt as if every challenge had to be met on
Madeleine’s behalf. I wouldn’t recommend such mind games: they certainly don’t make life any easier. But as Gerry will readily
confirm, I can be quite stubborn, though I’d prefer to call it determined.[i]

This is MORE than an obsession.

The meeting ended with a final body blow. Danie Krugel, on whom we had, irrationally, hung so much hope, had produced a
report for the PJ based on his findings. His machine had recorded a ‘static signal’ from an area around the beach, close to or
on the Rocha Negra cliff. Although this included villas, apartments and other buildings, the implication of the ‘static signal’ was
that Madeleine was most likely to be dead and buried there.

They have to. There is nothing else they can do.
They have to criticise Police, specialist dogs, profilers. Anyone who knows anything or has a view based on experience and facts who differs from the "abducted" line must be criticised, Carter-Rucked, or attacked and demolished. They have no other way of dealing with the situation.
Very like Communist and Fascist states. No one must be allowed to know the fact, or to think for themselves.
And if you do, we will either shout so loud that you cannot be heard, lock you up, or kill you - either literally or financially.

Pat Brown - on Kate's book - Page 1 Empty WRITING OF THE WRONGS ON PAT BROWN

Post by dragonfly 10.09.11 22:53

QUOTE FROM WOTW

How unprofessional is this woman? She first came to my notice by writing a book on Madeleine’s case. It is obvious that she has not read much, if any, of the files on Madeleine’s case.

People were horrified at this woman’s opinion and “theory” so therefore some forum members, headed by a poster named Jayelles, got organised and took apart Brown’s “book”.

http://madeleinemythsexposed.pbworks.com/w/page/41720163/Analysis-and-Rebuttal-of-Pat-Browns-ebook-%22Profile-of-the-Disappearance-of-Madeleine-McCann-(UPDATE)

Is Ms.Brown embarrassed over this rebuttal? Apparently not.

I have had the unfortunate experience of listening to this woman on two radio shows from the US.

Some examples of her statements on the radio programmes – she accuses Kate McCann of obstructing the PJ; she also claims the McCanns left Portugal in order to avoid being charged for neglect – BOTH FALSE.

She admits she hasn’t read the DNA evidence but she claims that DNA evidence was found in the McCanns’ apartment and hire car… proving again that she has not read the files.

I’m stunned – this woman does cover her backside by saying, as Amaral did, that it is her “theory”.

Incredulously, she actually doesn’t think it’s good that people like Elizabeth Smart are found after being missing for years. Apparently in her view this has given parents and families of missing children false hope by expecting police forces to spend money and not give up looking for their missing children. Good God, she’s unbelievable!!!

Brown admitted that her information on this case came from the media and therefore her opinion has been formed from that source. She gives, as her information references, some of the foulest internet forums.

Looking at these links garnered from the internet, Brown’s reputation in the US isn’t too good.

Pat Brown - on Kate's book - Page 1 Empty Re: Pat Brown - on Kate's book

Post by jd 11.09.11 2:14

Whilst I was in a free speech country during the past 3 weeks I had the good fortune to read Pat's book, and to any reasonable mind Pats theory (which was ALL taken from facts) was spot on and more than reasonable. In fact, I thought she was more than fair to the Mccanns analysing the facts, and taking her theory from their story and trying to make it work....but from the facts their story just does not hold however much she tried

Pat does state as clearly as is possible that her theory was a "preliminary profile, not a final profile" and you cannot be much clearer than this...if people want to ignore what she says then they are plainly just stupid or ignorant. Reading from an anti McCann POV I read Pats theory with this mind that it was just a preliminary profile from her intelligent mind and experience of being a criminal profiler

I don't know why anyone bothers with what any Pro McCanns have to say. None of them have an adult argument to debate with, none of them actually read the words of anything and have a pre conceived mindset regardless of what anybody says. They are not worth wasting any valuable time on and are parasites and pathetic. Little boys hiding behind their keyboards jumping on the bandwagon belieiving in their self imposed ego that they are somehow important in this world...LOL!. Give me a single one who can offer a reasonable argument and I would love to debate with them on a mature level but as yet there is not a single one capable

It is interesting from an American POV that Pat questions why the McCanns have this unprecedented UK power support, though she cannot offer a reason as to why, this is an observation from someone on the other side of the planet who has no connection to the culture of this scam
